OldPath's Grow Journal: Original Haze, Satori, and others

Update

Here's a picture of the main cola developing from Cream Caramel:

I'm definitely keeping this one in the garden for a looong time b/c there are so many reasons it will make a great mother. The genetic make up is: East Indian BlueBlack x Maple Leaf Indica x White Rhino

Also, when clones are taken from her they root fast as hell (faster than any other of my strains) and stay very healthy. She's going to fulfill every demand of being a mother

Wow they look damn happy with what ever you're feeding them, good luck with your grow man.

explosive gbb - Thanks for the kind words and sticking around 'til it's done

Black Ra1n Thanks man, I put them in Edna's Best Organic Potting soil and I feed them Age Old Organcis Grow and Bloom, I like Edna's Best the most hands down b/c it's not that expensive, but I might switch organic ferts b/c the Age Old Organics seem to be PH stablized at around 7. Oh, I also add perlite and lime to Edna's Best b/c I think it's stabilized at 6.5 - 7. I like to have my plants start at 5.5 and in veg they'll be at 5.8 to 6.0, then in flowering I work my way up finishing around 6.8.

Update Week 5 1/2 Cream Caramel under 150w HPS

The Original Haze I think is a male, which it awesome, but I'm might kill the big one and just flower from a clone to obtain pollen.

OldPath, the pie's in the oven and smellin oh so sweet! Yours has my mouth watering.
Im impressed with my CC too. I have one that is a triplet but it looks just like the others, just thicker. Maple leaf indica is my favorite strain and ive grown her for years now. Im thinking about hitting a CC with a good male i have but i took clones from each one of the CC's. They left the cloner and went into soil yersterday.

We think alike man. I have aurora indica going, ive grown her several times. Im mostly an outdoor grower except for the winter, but AI is a but kicker now. Because of drought, harvest last year was lean, so in Feb, I busted open a jar of the previous years AI. Good god its potent.

Im growing Himalayan Gold outdoors this year. She's big.

Im keeping a CC mom for a bit. By the way, I have a Sadhu going in with the 3 CCs. Ill show some pics soon.

Keep up the good work!

silverback - Yea I can see how we do think alike with all the similar strains. And to tell you the truth, if I could buy Sadhu right now I would :biglaugh: Can't wait to see how your CC with the whorled phyllotaxy does. A backcross to the Maple Leaf Indica sounds awesome, it is definitely a great breeding strain. Best wishes!

Such healthy plants they looked great! Those are some fine genetics to be working with. If you ever need a seed tester...

you certainly have come a long way. Who would have guessed youd have a well maintained efficient marijuana farm goin with lots of love from around the world? I certainly cant and am quite impressed with your developed skill. Who would have thought at one point you would be teaching me. Right on bro good work. I cant wait til you make a name for yourself with this shit. Already looks promising.

Peace.

floppyfundanglr - Thanks for the comment. I have high expectations for myself, not low ones. I will succeed at whatever I am passionate about. The books I have read have taught me more than any one person could have. I recommend reading Marijuana Horticulture: The Indoor/Outdoor Medical Growers Bible by Jorge Cervantes and Marijuana Botany: Propagation and Breeding of Distinctive Cannabis by Robert C. Clarke; they've taught me everything I know, ever since I've been very successful.

Nice looking plants bro. I'll be following along. Want to see the haze finish up.

Hazy - Yeah, I love the thin bladed leaves, it's very exotic!

rule35sub1 - Thanks man!

Here's an Aurora Indica clone from my mother in early flowering, it's my first time flowering this strain :D It smells beautiful.
