Finally got the yard stick in there. It’s another freebie. Grew up with one of these in garage and still think these are the coolest yard sticks ever.

Will wait to see if increased light helps or hurdles.


Thinking to flood the GKMxDOC on the right and check run off because it doesn’t seem right lowering its leaves like that. Good healthy root came down to show off it’s stuff

PH report. Well it comes out in the mid 4s and goes in in the mid 6s -according to the meter. I even flushed 3 gallons of water through the GKMxDOC for looking so stressed, meter was reading run off in the mid 4s for the entire attempted flush.

I discovered that Grow Big 6-4-4 and calmag 1-0-0 do not contain all the acid of some other bottle nutrients. Used together they brings water to 6.5. Added up to about 100ppm added from cal mag and 400ppm added from the grow big.

I’ll be getting up on the highway next week, have to travel a long way, heading for fresh biocanna.

I just boosted the light to 100% before lights off. Light gets pretty warm like that so it’s back down a notch. Im going to try to leave it and see if it’ll be okay til the next watering. I’ve had happier plants in the past, and happier plants in veg right now. Full spectrum LED is definitely a challenge, I intend on getting some BioFlores next week, maybe that’ll help the situation.

I can use jacks tomato and just see what happens. It’s kinda the same NPK as bioflores, I’ve got it in my hands and has micros. Just sure if it’s a bad choice of throwing away the mycos to use synthetic water soluble as anything more than a foliar feed.

Thinking about it, going to prep some jacks tomato foliar feed in a spray bottle after some quick research on recommended PPM levels for foliage sprays.

Had to change the light at day 32.
More food, more light, more water and patience.
Something I could have done to make this a more fruitful grow is just letting these things settle into the soil after up-pot, starving them of light at the same time wasn’t safe practices.know a little bit about my set up now, and getting a little sad that i made a sacrifice with these two with hose good they’re coming out already.

There wont be much left for a reveg… holy crap, this is some amazing bud pumping off of this plant. The fruitiness of this is already hitting my lungs at day 33!!

This is where I’m at. Just got the mid flower feed running. That’s all the higher I’m going to take it. Was a lot of work to get it up to this running out of both10gallon pots of coco/peat/perlite Growers Mix , Aeration Blend, Premier and Perlite.

The flood consisted of a little everything then run off back through the pots to get to this 955. Grow Big, Bio Thrive Bloom, Cal Mag, Pt3 Micros, MorBloom, Molasses, Jacks Tomato, Neptune Kelp. Being a bit risky without my PH function but I think it’ll be okay.

The Old Soul isn’t exactly thrilled with the 12” light hanging height and the last heavy watering.

GKMxDOC is speaking to me.

Happy the soil is up and I’ve got to start bringing it back down now.

Been unable to upload any photos but,

Old Soul is maturing nicely, orange pistils and darker green beginbing to appear and has a very bright sweet and sour citrus smell developing on the sugar leaves. I have begun the leeching process and buffered the feeding to an 800ppm run off on Old Soul today. Also did a properly stupid thing. Tipped/topped the top bud at the start of the week to try to get some more girth on the top cola. Just looks stupid now, couldnt tell ya that theres any unusual improvement below that snippet. Maybe waited too long see what affect that has.

GKMxDOC is still covered in white hairs and visibly gaining mass. Full feed this time running off around 1200ppm it it’s about 4 gallons corrected and recirculated through the pot to achieve that number.

I have oversized 40L/10gallon pots that I guess are acting much like a water reservoir for the small plants placed in the coco/peat/perlite PAGP I put together. Since noticing slowed growth when media wasn’t soaked, I have flooded them aggressively every few days. That has gone on for about the last 4-5 weeks.

Monday rolls the nugs into the 10th week of the night rig. Old Soul will be flooded down to around 500ppm in a couple days and maybe let it dry out in it’s own from there. might do the same with GKMxDOC a few days later and try to get them chopped and drying together.



Very possibly hurt the potency of these flowers after damaging the pH probe on my TDS meter and being unable to monitor that variable. I may also have pushed them too hard forcing growth. Very possible I pushed them too far already and they needed to be cut last week. Also took hours long naps with the tent open, have pushed my light hours around to keep 12h dark nights.

I promise, I’ll post some good photos sometime before the finish. Coming weather doesn’t look to be favorable for much other than indoor gardening and theres plenty work I’ve needed to do.

the Old Soul still hasn’t developed its flavor but the high is like that kinda slow-mo fractal vision high with a good body buzz for feeling the breeze.

Looks better with 4D vision, maybe a little too wet for the greasiness to come out. Still like it needs more time. Fluffier than it was on the plant when I picked it, rest of this nug is in glass to get the moisture back to uniformity.

End of the puff report. After a nice sized Old-Soul/Amdam-Shag Bambu original spliff, a quite wavy buzz going on between the tabacchi and the early old soul.

to report on qualities of the GKMxDOC I grew:
this is a very sweet chunk smell, as it dries it does let off a mint smell too. It’s got a mild hint of smells that made my heart throb the years. doesn’t have mush of the fruity people’s flavor. The resin on my fingers is just delicious from picking this stuff apart to pack the bong. There’s no harshness at all and this might be pretty close to my personal holy grail of hybrids.

really like to work with this a little bit and see what kind of hopefully f1 cross or take it to f2 and see if It takes well with the double serrated.

one last thought about this plant. I don’t see any signs of rot growing from seed like I’ve had with clones. Personal conclusion is that it helps to have young F1 Hybrid Resistance.

really thankful for this stuff, somebody got me a couple more seeds of this so I can grow some more. doing this a little different than was intended but it’s turning out really good. With zero cure and plenty of moisture in it, it’s super easy smoke. last little pack was awesome, little but of menthol on the inhale and a lingering blackberry/cheesecake aftertaste. The flavors are very mild and the smoke is very cool and smooth.
