The mesh connections at the base of each pipe looks a bit crappy and slow to set up - For a commerical type BHO extractor you could expect a better designed mesh attachment. ..perhaps V2 will be improved

Hey Rez..I just got one of the 12" tubes a while back and I LOVE it!!
Just out of curiousity, is that a blob sitting in the middle of a pile of Kif in some of those pics?

rez could surely answer this also,
but no party guy, not necessarily,
although it's a better idea as it will help to guarantee the tube would have even pressure. however much you put in, pack it in well and make sure the screen is on securely. when he didn't have a lot of herbt o use back in the day, the baron used to go buy activated carbon from the pet store, wash it in distilled water until no more dust came, filter the carbon, dry it out, then use that cleaned a.c. to stuff the tubes full when it wasn't full: put some under the herb b4 the screen, some after the herb, or whatever. before and after helps, as you're cleaning the butane twice. anyway, it helps, clean's the fuel, doesn't hurt, unless you put like hardly any herb in the very top and a shitload of carbon and all the goo gets stuck to the carbon...
even then, the excess solvent passing the carbon should pick it back up.

what it needs is a snap lock mesh clasp
and a funnel and matching poker to aid filling
and it would be nice if the down tubes could be also used as a kif compressor ( aka hash maker) with the addition of a few bits

Nice Rez, very nice....... ill be getting my tumbler soon(ive decided I prefer dry sieve to bubble) and I think i might just get the smaller BHO tube as well....not that my home made one doesnt work, but it aint as pretty lol. Looks like some tasty treats at Rez's gaff then.....
