Oh, and I'm never using jiffy peat pellets again. The initial growth of the seedling seems stunted to me compared to my normal Sphagnum seedling mix.

i couldn't agree more!

i have better success with the Rapid Rooters, but i had a bunch of the peat pucks, so i used them...never again.

...tagging along...best of luck for a fine finish!

Here are a couple of update pics.

These five are growing nicely and just cruising along..

These are also growing very well, but are a little different, particularly the one on the bottom. I'm pretty sure they'll all be fine as the top two have already shown signs of more normal growth..

the mutants and runts are slower but the bud comes out just as good as the vigourous 1's so dont bin them
if you aint got room for sluggers just put them straight into flower
at least that way you get to try the bud(it could be the winner)

I had a little mutant leaf form on one of mine too but its not a runt and they are growing quite well. I think I will have to transplant mine soon, they are growing like crazy right now.

Can't wait until all of us throw these platinum's into flower at around the same time. Should be some great entertaiment then!!

Lately I have been vegging for as long as possible(6-8 weeks) but I will probably throw the platnium into flower when my C99's finish in about 2-3 weeks. What is the height of yours right now? My tallest is just under 8 inches at 24 days since popping through the soil. I think I will transplant into 1/2 gallon pots this weekend.

Hope the weather is cooler in your part of the earth, we are having a record breaking heat wave these parts. Been able to keep the correct tents tempature so far. Had to raise the veg lights a little to keep it under 81 degrees.

Hi everyone.

OG-I haven't measured mine, and my lights are off but if I remember I'll see how they measure up tomorrow. I'm going to throw mine into 1 Gal pots (possibly with coco-coir) in about a week and will then start to move them into flower to establish sex. Females will receive bigger pots, and the males receive a new address by-themselves. It's been hot, but within "normal" not strings of 100 or above days like the last few weeks.

I still haven't had any show sex. It'll probably be this weekend or the next when I flip. I always try for a saturday so I can harvest on the weekend.
