I find you can usually hand press it if you have oil in it.
If you want to press your crystal:
1. make a packet out of celophane or parchment paper.
2. add a few layers of newpaper
3. soak it
4. heat it for a second with an iron
5. roll it with a wine bottle
6. repeat 4 and 5
The lower the quality of the hash the longer and harder you will have to press it for it to stay in 1 piece.
That looks good to me. Try adding kiff until it doesnt hold together?

Whenever your press your trichomes you break the resin heads and they start to degrade. (correct me if im wrong)
I purged the bottom layer, poured the kiff, then did the next run right ontop of the crystal. Let it sit for a few days in a warm spot.
