Their not over watered, i have 2 others that are being very healthy! i just sprayed on top of the soil just before the picture so it may look very wet but it's not. The baby got burn on one of the leaves from the lamp. I'll just let it stand by the others, still no progress but the others have outgrown it now, hehe.
