Oh My God - Simpson Oil From Hell...

It was reaaaaaaal small. 1/5th of a gram! I'll have to like 0.05 grams on the next dose. Jesus, I have been high all afternoon as a motherfucker from just liking the shit that stuck to my fingers. Damn!

1/5th of a gram is a huge dose for someone without a tolerance. It's not real small. I've been staying sober during the week lately, so 1/50th of a gram (20 mg) would feel like a lot to me.

When someone doesn't have a tolerance, you have to start them out with a tiny dose and work your way up. Keep them pleasantly high 24/7 and their tolerance will go up.

She's still high as fuck and claims she will never do it again. I understand, but we are still going to get her to saturate herself with oil.

The challenge will be to get her to try it again. When I did this to myself last year, I couldn't stand the smell or taste of oil, it flat grossed me out.

I ate a gram of black hash (well,, I bit a chunk off my Q, I guess it was roughly a gram) and I was smashed. I was wasted for the whole of the next day and bit fuzzy the day after that.
My old dog ate a quarter. He was laid out flat for a couple of days, puking little chewed up chunks of my hash, which he had taken from mt stash box which I had left open on the table.
I hope your ladies tolerance builds up soon, and the oil helps her. Eating too much can be scary, but tolerance will help. Start small, and build up the amount gradually.
My best wishes to you both.

Tolerance will also depend of activity level from my experience. If you are sedentary during the experience it, the amount needed for a good high is a lot less.

Basically I would amend any dosage with a thought to the patients normal activity level. If the patient is in the house you will need to work up to high tolerance a little slower, since the patient is not metabolizing the oil as fast.

making hard choices is never easy

Just as an exercise to show how quickly you can move from a miniscule, non-helpful, dose to the correct dosage for the individual, here is an example:

Every day the dosage is doubled from the previous day.

day 1: 1/100th of a gram

day 2: 1/50th

day 3: 1/25th

day 4: 1/12th

day 5: 1/6th

day 6: 1/3rd

day 7: 2/3rds

day 8: 4/3rds (1 and 1/3 grams)

So, in little more than a week, you go from 1/100th of a gram all the way to more than 1 gram. It pays to start low, go slow...and it won't take much time at all to establish a sensible starting dose.

Interesting idea Dannyboy. I wonder if it works...? Should do, I suppose.

I am surprised that advocates of this method have not spotted this possible problem, and done something about it. I remember discussing it on another forum a year ago, and asking this question, i.e. how can you ensure that someone without tolerance does not react negatively, and everyone was like... "yeah, yeah, you're just being negative, there is no problem" as if they knew what they were talking about.

Frankly, I think that Simpson or whoever is behind this promotion is pretty irresponsible in not taking care of such an obvious pitfall.

Hope all works out well with your lady, mpd.

I don't know what to do. Simpson claims you have to ingest 60 grams of the concentrate (that's all it is) in 60 days. Mrs. MPD is going to have a brownie or two this evening. My goal is to get her back up on her horse before she decides to drop this cure.

hoping for the best outcome here, i will say i have followed some of thread/posts on RS oil, and there seem to be some genuine results
but i think that dosing info can't be that precise, i.e. 1 gram per day is effective and 0.9 grams per day is not?
i would think some benefit would occur with more modest doses
and everybody can react differently, that is the universal truth with most medications

RS gives the dosage info on his website, the idea is quite like what Dannyboy suggested.
the first week you take a tiny amount to get used to/build tolerance. increasing slowly to a rice size piece. try to increase up to 1 gram a day or as much as you can tolerate, SLOWLY.

the 60 grams in 60 days is ballpark. the mechanism internally that kills the cancer cells only works when the thc is flooding the cells nonstop. that is why you want to build the tolerance to the highest dose and keep it up for such a long time. it's like you are smothering the cancer cells and if you let up at all they will bounce back.

she will probably need a few days to recover. start her on a tiny bit, like a poppy seed, and if she is still good another every 2-3 hours, give her time to see if it's coming on, take small amounts all day and increase just a bit each day for the 1st week. easy does it.
good luck! RS has a new book that he's selling online with better instructions.

his facebook page has lots of people recovering there and you can get answers there also.

I made some RSO with a strain that was too sativa dom a while back and caused major unpleasantness when the dose was too high. I got myself so bad I wished I would die. it was pure misery.

your patient may be reacting to the strain. the best thing is to use as many different strains as possible mixed up. indica dom strains usually put people to sleep when they have too much. the way you describe her reaction it could be the problem.

good luck, don't badger her, a severe oil od takes a few days to come down from.

She just had another one while I was looking for my Social Security card (finally fucking found it!) and is now too stoned to take me to the DMV so I can get my driver's license.

See? That's why I advocate against cannabis/sugar for 'meds'... I have problems eating just one. :)

Glad to hear she's getting it into her still. :)

The current goal is to get her tolerance up to 1 gram per day. Once you get there it is to keep it going for 60 days and possibly the rest of your lives. Much like the first time eating a brownie. Don't consume it all at once. Say 0.1g is to much at one time. Divide it by 4 and take 4 doses throughout the day.

Maybe try dabbing at it with toothpick every hour until tolerance threshold is reached?

That's a good plan.

But no wanna scare anyone, yah?
"Rest of your life?"

No need brah.

However when the carcinoma is history, I do intend to go on a maintenance dosage, of 10 or 20 mg. just because.

I mean, if my endocannabinoids didn't need a boost, I shouldn't have had a malignancy in the first place.

So, I'll treat it like a vitamin supplement.
Hippie Geritol, yah? :D

Aloha, y'all

Not so much needing a boost as needing regulation. The cannibinoids turn off or turn on the switches that need switching at the time they need to be switched resulting in pain relief, cancer cell self destruction, and the like. That is what the reading and viewing I have done has stated. Once I can get ahead of myself I am looking forward to expanding my raw cannabinoid intake as well as using extractions on a daily basis until I wake no more. I blame the evil ones for removing a staple crop and dietary essential from nature.

I dunno maybe it is the boosting that does the regulating.

Aloha brah

I think she is not going o ake it now. She is refusing the marijuana and I see that as her only real hope for long-term survival. I am at wit's end.

I'm sorry she chose that path. Maybe she should have been "primed" with some smoking/vaping before jumping off into the deep end with oil and brownies.

Didn't get all the way through the thread but I wish your wife well in this fight. I don't know if it has been mentioned to you, but you may also want to look into cNcer treatment with vitamin c. There are documented claims of success and it is another all natural route away from radiation.

Wish you both the best.
