Hi I2Kangrow - I thought your plants looked overwatered when I saw your post in the Lodge and now that I see a few more pics, I'm sure now.
Your plants look just like my Shiskaberry that was stunted and slowgrowing because I overwatered it.
The big fat very green leaves are the result of overwatering. The plant is drowning and is using the leaves to piss off the excess water. The roots need to take in oxygen for it to grow. The roots won't develop either as long as the soil is too wet.
Let the plant go without water until it shows thirst by droopy leaves. Since you just repotted, expect to go 5 or 6 days. Water one day less than maximum. You'll see the plants really take off.
You're getting some good advice in the nute department and are getting a handle on managing the pH. Don't be afraid to flush the soil out if the pH is off or you suspect a salt buildup. Just do the adjustments on your normal watering cycle so the plant isn't overwatered. Cannabis likes dry airy soil so it can breathe.
