What's your problem ? Leaf color is mostly controlled by:
-nutrient strength and balance
-temp which will trigger the expression of the various pigments (anthocyanins and others)
I think that naming a strain just by a picture is confusing anyway, just a game of guess...But putting yourself like a self appointed expert abble to know a strain just by the leaf color and your way to express it ...

And I sign what I have said you can't judge a strain by the color of the leaf, too much environnemental factors have to be put in consideration.

i wish all the kush threads didn't always end this way. i really enjoy coming to this site, but it seems like when there is a kush discussion it always ends up badly and someone ends up being insulting.

look i grew up in the valley as well, and yeah i think i have a good idea what's what. but i can't say anything in life is certain because I just don't.

example: i been trying to get a cut of abusive og for a little while now. i just read from the man himself that he got the cut from a guy that dealt to snoop dogg. now if that doesn't sound like some bullshit i don't know what does. just goes to show even a guy with a bomb cut has a weird story behind it. even in the valley back in the day my guy would say "yeah man i deal to death row" blah blah who cares. all i know is even with that lame story of how the cut was acquired, it doesn't matter cause the urb is bomb. that's what matters. the cut is bomb.

or how bout swerve? this dude is a highly respected person in LA as well as on the forums. he got a cut of whe he thought was pure kush from suge. he even ended up moming it and selling it to people (via a mmj disp. of course) and from what i hear that urb is pretty bomb. it turned out it wasn't even the pure cut. it was pure crossed with lep and crossed back or something. now the poor guy kinda looks bad because he was misinformed and what can someone do but tell the story they were told. i mean it came from a reliable source right? if your from the valley you know of suge for years and would kill for his stuff. wrong...my point is you NEVER know.

sorry for the rant I just want to voice a different opinion from a socal valley kushhead. we are not all angry. let's all be happy we have access to these cuts and that people around the world are reading our threads and think we look like babies.

First of all, I want to make it known to Jdog6000 that I was certainly not putting him down. A bro from LA that grows kushs is a bro of mine, as long as he is cool with me. I wasn't dissin ya. And as far as swerve goes, he has done good things, regardless of whether he was misinformed, his intention is still there to do good and get good genetics out for all of us. He should be commended for that. Most people are greedy and want strains all to themselves. Especially when they havn't been released yet. Kudos to swerve.
I don't think any of this is worth arguing about. It shoudl be about sharing info and helping each other out. Not, bragging rights. Geez guys, get a couple more lights and don't be so stressed out.
For those of you that are growing in Lala land, quite it with your 6 plant minimum. That's just a guideline for the counties that don't have limits set. If you get arrested and your a patient, and you have 50 plants, you can still prove a valid medical defense, and your still entitles to be freed ultimately, due to prop 215. Los angeles guidelines are NOT THE LAW.

Guidelines are like ordinances, if you fail to adhere to them, you get fined. Not jailed for failing to obide by an ordinance. If I'm not mistaken, there are NO LIMITS under 215, and the counties limits are only guidelines. You could still get arrested, but you are entitled to bring up this defense, and will most likely prevail due to the law is NOT the LA limits. (Still LA county SUCKS, so be careful)
Quite being babies and get a couple more lights (for those that are stressed over not having enough Kush)
