rumor has it that the "real" og comes from the nasa program.when apollo 11 returned, they had a large bag of moon rocks and a smaller, more dense bag of crystally alien nug.the space shuttle was running low on fuel and wasnt going to make it home. one smart astronaut threw a few buds of this strange alien cannabis species into the ship engine. the piney lemony aromas made the ship go "whooooooosh,kush"and it made it all the way back to earth. some day they will return for what is rightfully theirs.you cannot tell a rock to grow, a cloud to stay still.....such is kush.

now I hate to be the one to rain on the parade... but as the story goes the tricky thing with OG is that from seed it grows a different plant and that is what is prevalent in SoCal clubs... they sell the clones and the dried buds of a plant that was grown from that, not the original clone, and it looks just like that... still very close to the original...
everyone in SoCal claims to have "the real OG" and has a story to go along with why theirs is the legit one... but they all look real similar for the most part... and mind you... those are some tall plants with some thin leaves... Sativa Dom?

it would be kinda sad if everyone growing the clones they get from dispensaries were actually growing the F1 (I think thats what they call it) its too bad there is so much hype with this one, it really makes everything that much more difficult

agreed, its always nice when people are honest about their grow. Looks like your doing a great job with those also. So am I to assume the original clones were picked up @ a club? SFV is common round my parts and in the valley (obviously) thus why I assume the abusive must also be from round here? care to give more detail on the genetics you got going there?

This is the kind of confusion that happens when money hungry breeders try to make S1's or "IBL's" from elite clone onlys.....The breeder kills the reputation the clone only has established and unjustifiably steals it for them self....it's sad
No, The SFV Cut and the Abusive cut were not purchased from the Med Clubs!!! I received the Abusive Cut from the Very Generous Mr. Dank who got it from Abusive himself and The SFV cut is from a guy thats been growin it for around 9+ years somewhere in the San Fer Valle!! My Poor Homie had to pay Like 5 grand to finally get this Cut from the guy He was buying the OGK from For $500 per zip...The guy finally gave up the cuts after a few years of Nagging!!! LOL! !But it took 5 grand to get them...Peace.~ograskal

so, theres no kush in either, its ALLLLLL marketing and hype, savvier people seperating the less diligent from their ends. how else do you explain people being happy to pay 4-5-6+ for a z? never smoked OG, and it may very well be a keeper, but life goes on without it
