Jimmy very nice stuff bro, kudos to you . ok my two cents.....I have the socal og , sour d and have smoked the chemdawg does anyone else agree with me that the three are definately related? The chemdawg is definately the best of the three followed by the og then the sour. As soon as I have access to the Chemdawg I will put all three up on a comparison grow thread peace DLB

OG Kush(chemdawg x Chemdawg)accidental S1.
I think Sour D is chemdawg x( Mass superskunk/NL) x Hawaiian skunk if I remember correctly.

Hey Dr.longbottom, I have smoked all 3 as well. Yes I do agree that there's definitely similar lineage in those 3 however, I found O.G. to be the best of the lot. Only problem is how do I substantiate the validity of Chemdawg/O.G./SourDiesel when it's all veiled in a shroud of mystery. I can only say that it had the similar diesel/fuel smell that both are found in the SD & O.G. and the high seemed to last longer than SD but shorter and not the same quality high as O.G.. But I can honestly say that I haven't experienced enough Chemdawg to make any type of educated opinions. The pics that have been posted by CD & Jimmnitz are phenomenal, and I'd love to smoke that ChemdawgD and see what all the rave is about!LOL

BTW nice pics of the abusive cut, no matter what that strain is, you certainly did a wonderful job with the show........

Couldn't have said it better myself.

If I had to put MONEY on it...I would say one of two things:

1. The S1's were made from Abusive's cut.
2. Abusive's cut is an S1.

I've heard the same thing from everyone about the S1's. Identical in appearance but lacking the taste/smell that makes OG OG in so cal. This is the reason I stopped growing my S1...GOOD ass bud, but it wasn't the OG I knew and wanted.

Another thing I think is kinda weird is that I've had some crappily grown OG, much crappier than anyone on here has grown it, and it's still GOOD ass bud. It still has that flavor and everything, that's why im wondering ...even with overferting...how that Abusive OG lost it's taste/smell.

I wish I could try this abusive cut. I feel like I could settle it once and for all...at least in my own mind.

Although, I wish even more that I just had that damn SFV cut. I drool lookin at pics of it.

Swerve will end all this confusion with his side by side OG Kush grow.
If I had to guess.
I'd say it's an S1.
Because OG Kush is already an S1.
So really it would be an S2.
Which would explain the lack of flavor and what not.

Also bud thats dryed wrong or cured badly(like put in the jars wet)
Can ruin the taste of bud.
If you dry your buds off of the stem.
You'll lose flavor too.
Leave at least a foot of stem on all the buds while drying.
I just cut off branches and the big top ussually.

That story reminds of the time I smoked haze right before I jumped on the interstate. I was driving like I was in a race, passing everyone. My heart was pounding. I felt like a speed racer on adrenalin. My reflexes and awareness were so keen. I had the radio blasting. It felt so exhilerating. I will never drive on haze or any sativa again. Just too intense for me. I'll stick to racing games.

Oh by the way nice money shots there Jimmy.

I don't know if abusive posts here or not but I do remember from the overgrow.com days that he said he bought the s1 and gave out clones of it. Not that the s1 is bad, just different phenos, some more like the chemdog, some more kush like. Definately some keepers in there. oh and if your curious about my overgrow.com name it was Insanejunkie.

Yup he posts here occasionally and said that he had passed around what was then called the original on the boards (called the abusive cut now) and the S1s. He said the S1s (now called OGers Kush, right?) were really good but just not as good as what he passed as the original. I believe this information in the SFV smoke report thread. The story was confirmed by a few others too.

....The SFV cut is due hereabouts,shortly,along with Cheese.

It seems every time I roll a joint of Abusive's OGK in the evening, I wake up at 3am with all of the lights and tv on, and 1/3 of the joint is laying on the floor :bat:

Smoked some of this in the Dam last saturday. Was the first Kush I ever smoked, and I like it a lot :yummy: :D
