Now for something funny.This is a Christmas memory we will never forget. My dad is notorious for buying just plain dumb gifts, yes he makes Christmas interesting.Anyway he couldn't wait to hand my mom his 10 pound gift to her. As she was opening it he made the comment "it's imported from Belgium", she opens it and it's 50 cans of Sardines! Sardines in every flavor. She died of laughter along with the rest of the family. He said "Well you made the comment you liked sardines".....Not. She would have been happier with a vacuum cleaner LOL.

I got a new digital camera, FINALLY! A Polaroid A500---not too shabby for a Polaroid, damn nice camera
I also got a camera case, a couple of pairs of PJ pants, new set of bedsheets, teas, "Digital Fortress" by Dan Brown, "Murder on the Orient Express" by Agatha Christie & the computer game, a candle, bath set from my grandma, a bracelet made from pennies from my younger brother, and a little over $200 in cash from my dad.


The best friggin' present of them all was the NEW COMPUTER!!!! My older brother gave us a new computer twice as fast and at LEAST 3 times the memory capacity of the one we've been borrowing! Woooo, we finally got a new computer!

Oh yeah, we made 2 dozen Bacardi 151 Jell-O shots, took them over to my brother's place (where we always have Christmas) Knocked back shots here & there all day and played poker that night while polishing the rest off. The only person that didn't have any more than 1 shot was my grandma---she ate one and said, "Holy shit, what the fuck is in this???" Well, my mom didn't have any, either, she's not much for having a drink....All and all, it was a GREAT Christmas, from the excellent gifts to the all-day party
