OFFICIAL: 1oz CONTAIN/SHOTGLASS GROW

Well i got to 6 weeks of 12/12 from seed with this one. Leaves yellow n die off from the bottom makin this rather palm tree lookin lol, but it is now budding along
Its really good to see the clone entries do so well, hope the from seed people can get a plant to finish well too

well folks today was the big shotglass harvest around these parts

56 Days

I took a cpl. pics of the roots before and after I rinsed them.

and a final trimmed shot of the buds ready to dry

"Cherry Chunk" on the left and "KaliMisk/x13/thai X DC" on the right (amazing color difference)









well this has been alot of fun for sure...Its def. not over, still a final yield and smoke report to come.

I don't know that I'll do it again tho....for the same amount of work I can have a plant in a bigger pot and get MUCH MUCH more. But like I said it was a ton of fun and a learning experience...every grower should do this at least once. .....sort of a test to your ability.

...and I'll def. stick around to see how everyone else ends up.

HeadyPete: I started the seed out with only a little bit of soil to try to keep the thing a little more compact. Since I have posted I added more soil to the container. Now its just about full. in fact, it was full till i watered it for the first time. got a little compact after that.

I'm just bummed that I got a male, from seed... I don't think I'll bother doing it again. Its VERY hard to grow in a shotglass with no drainage. That was the biggest problem I've faced in my shotglass grow, there's not much soil to check for moistness...

ok so, today i got the rest of my stuff to make the cooltube that i have, so tonight is the first 12 fh period of darkness that my plants have seen in their lives. should have some buds outta all of them in about 2 months, hopefully.

since they are seeded sepals, this shot-glass grow just saved us some really nice genetics, in the form of SpicyCheese x Californian Orange Skunk. :wink:

Cool so you'll get seeds off of that little thing. Some nice tiny genetics there. I wonder if they'll grow tiny just like the mom. I had a Haze that we made grow to the side in a closet. We labeled it silver queen because it was truly unique. Best herb I have ever smoked beat the shit out of G13. Crossed it with a male lowrider and the babies all started growing sideways from the start. Just like moma.
