From my outdoor grow this year, early samples, basically a month in cure bags…
1 of the plants smells very vanilla creamy and Panama like. A little floral smell to it. This one honestly doesn’t have any feel to it, at least not yet. Tastes and smells great, but it isn’t showing me anything to look forward to smoke wise.

The next one I sampled, oh baby it’s freaking lovely!!! Much more of a musky floral smell with some lime and a little vanilla cream to it. It’s a funny, positive, giggly, bobble headed feeling, slight body sway inducing awesome smoke. I’m really looking forward to seeing what it does after a cure as right now it’s better and more unique feeling than anything I’ve smoked lately except for one of my Oaxaca A5 plants. There’s definitely some awesome stuff to be found in these new Oaxacan releases. Really enjoyable, positive, old school smoke.

The 3rd plant I grew I can’t sample because the whole thing is in the freezer to be run for hash this weekend along with half of each of the other 2 plants. I’m curious to see how much ice hash they’ll produce and what rosin made from them is like.

I’m currently running 3 more indoors. They’re somewhere around 7-8 weeks along from showing sex.
2 of them look and smell damn near identical, a citrus floral musk smell like my outdoor plants had. One of them has more of a sprite smell to it where the other is slightly more musky. This is a picture of the sprite smelling one. The other one is in the back corner and hard to get at without squashing my Zamal.

The other one is different in structure than the others, and smells much more like a bitter orange rind smell with a little bit of the Panama smell in the background.

Hi people,
After some digestion i have to admit i fucked it up. I had too many pots in my box, 2 of them were fabric pots. There wasnt enough ventilation and i overwatered the medium causing the fabric pots to grow mold on the outside.

I realised that too late and had to throw 5/6 away from that beautiful plant, other plants and had to give everything a good cleaning.

On the positive, i still could try a bit of the plant and a new one is already in a plastic pot with new soil feeling very happy.

Her dried smell when i open the jar reminds me a bit of amnesia haze. Very fresh, a mixture of citrusfruits but when i vape it, i get a menthol flavour and effect in my throat and nostrils. Happens when smoked too a friend told me. Very interesting and refreshing.

Effectwise she is friendly up. But the sample i tried was 2 weeks short and a bit seeded. But i would guess she is a great morning smoke. see you again in some weeks. Happy growing!

Hi @Knop Perhaps she was a bit confused by all the changes in photoperiod and the move from outdoors to indoors, or she may have needed more time to reach sexual maturity. In any case, she is finally flowering and has turned into a lovely indoor bush with high yield potential.

So sorry @ilovegrowing that's a big loss. There should be a problem with air renovation in your closet if mold spreads so fast. It's important to inspect inside the bigger flowers in late flower uin search of first possible spots of mold, so in case you find some harvest earlier. Nonetheless, what you managed to save looks killer and well developed.

Happy to hear you are finding special terpenes and joyful Mexican effects in some of the individuals of the 2 new Oaxacan releases @Cactus Squatter :) IME they will need a couple of months more of curing to really show their potential.

Glad you are flowering 3 new Oaxaca x Panama girls indoors, looking healthy and neat  As you correctly pointed out, first 2 girls look more Oaxacan, while the third one of bigger flowers has more Panama influence in flower structure.

Thanks a lot for the updates friends 🥰 Happy new Year!

Well, the 2 Oaxacan leaners are coming down tonight. The Panama leaner hit a really hard 3rd reflowering this week so I’m gonna let her roll. This is my last grow in soil, and it wasn’t my normal super soil mix. Just straight happy frog brown bag and occasional fruit and flower dry fert. She wasn’t 100% happy but still did really well. I’m switching to coco and will definitely be revisiting this strain once I get the new grow style dialed in.

The Oaxacan leaners smell like Sprite in a way. Floral, musky sprite. Smells awesome. Super sticky.
Had some white flies get in due to hanging some outdoor grow plants to dry. They didn’t take off too hard but they’re still around.

I’ll get pics of the Panama leaner when it’s closer to done.
