O.Ds 2017 Organic Run

Hi all. I'm an Organic Gardner out of 916. On my 3rd year with the soil. And some added every year. I really liked how easy to maintain smart pots where last year so I decided to run everything in smarties this. Last year only did 1.

So let's get up to speed.

From seed is skywalker og, cherry bomb, and purple Flo monster.

Clone is skywalker og, headband, boss og, chocolate hashberry, green crack, rascal og and GDP.

Really excited about strain selection this year. Only worried about them flipping too hard. Money is tight so don't have the opportunity to run supplement lighting. So any input on that would be great. :moon::woohoo::tiphat:

First pic was a few days ago. Morning after transplant. This is today. They seem to be taking well to the new dirt. Can't wait to see it fill up. This time next month should be looking pretty dope. This is my largest grow yet. Also my 3rd year growing.

nice choice of strains.. some strains are more prone to flowering early, not much you can do if you can't afford supp lighting for your clones.

Grrr stupid mobile ate up my post.

Get some cheap lanterns ( HD had some the other week for 9 bux on clearance. It'll keep those girls up...

Or do this >

Thanks for stopping bye man.
Yea. I had them on 18/6. No sure signs yet. I'm not too mad though if they do as I pulled a couple 4 lbers last year that flipped on me but went back. Just was trying to avoid it. It's not "proper". But monster cropping does work lol

In order Skywalker OG a more sativa leaner and also a DHN cut, Boss OG, Chocolate Hashberry, GDP and Green Crack

Gave the girls 5 gals each of Fish Hyrdoslyate, molasses and EM1. I'm really starting to love the fish. Allot of fungal development under the mulch.

Questions!

#1 Gypsum. Is it safe to top dress not having a soil analysis done?

#2 Humic Acid. Is this necessary? When would it be?

Have you tried making your own fish hydroslyate? The unconventional farmer gives a recipe on how to ferment it yourself with lactobacillus, I have good results on regular plants, I use whole fish, takes 3-5 weeks to make depending on temperature but saves a lot on the wallet and really easy to do.

Lookin good bro, gypsum is generally petty safe stuff. There are people in slownickle's thread using lots of it. There have been some mixes posted in that thread that use a good amount of it. What brand do ya got?

Humic will help the nutrients be more available to the plant. Not necessary to add but will help. I like bioag's fulvic acid fulpower

Dude if u can afford like 10 or 20 bucks extra get an extension chord and run a cfl out to your plants. It won't cost shit for electricity if u have it on a timer to only come on for like half an hour in the middle of the night. I understand if it's just not possible, but your plants will do sooo much better if they don't have to revert

Good luck dude hope u kill it this year. Btw how did last year turn out for u?

Yes I'm familiar with the unconventional farmer. I plan on making some lacto soon. Maybe tomorrow.

Yes I use Fulpower but I also have there humic dust stuff laying around lol. It'sthe amount of cords and cfls I'll need. Garden is 25 ft by 25 ft.

Last year did great honestly. Had my hands tied up for a couple months when harvest came. Not to mention i tore my rotator cuff in November and just had surgery for it last month. So been of work but on work comp. Sucks. But I ended up with just over 23 off my 8 plants. My biggest ones being ones that did pre flower on me. I'll post pics of how hard they stacked and how they ended. Pretty crazy. 4 of them put off 4+ lbs. I was happy with that being my second year.

In order. Sorry there Screenshots off my I.G

Someone please enlighten me on this mold like substance I found today under my alfalfa mulch. I haven't seen it before. Doesn't have the furry characteristics of mycelium I'm used to seeing. Thank you

i bet it smells great too

Can't leave the garden today. Found some preditor mites, fighting lizards. Applied some compost tea I made from the soil the plants are in. And took a shot of the skywalker og with chocolate Hashberry and Green Crack in the background

Everything looks great man. Couple questions; what's your general location, and what size pots are you running? Keep up the good work!
