Nutrient excess?

Hi, I'm new to cultivation and I started with practically zero equipment, I am currentley buying stuff cause I will do more in future
It is an autoflower, 10 days blooming. Everything seems to have gone well till last week.
I always gave it water at pH 6.5 in potting soil and a coarse fertilizer bought at the supermarket.
I can't understand if it's about excess or lack of nutrients.
You can see the leaves near the tops slightly yellowed from the inside and curled downwards.
The brown spots in the leaves at the top.
I ordered professional fertilizers which, due to the period, will arrive in 20 days.
What to do meanwhile?
Thanks

Welcome to ICMag!! :D

My first reaction is overfeeding. I would suggest switching to plain pH'd water for a week to see how they respond.

How much are you feeding?
How often are you feeding?
What kind of nutrients/amendments are in the soil from the store?

Hi there :)
I would flush them, bottled water, let them rest for a few days, and, wait and see how they react

I didn't make any flush yet but today it looks better. It's still growing. I'm not sure if the brown spot are more, I will check better later.
I think I will wait another 1 or 2 days to do the flush and I will give her only water 6,5PH for a week. Hopefully the fertilizer will arrive earlier.
Thank you for your suggestions

I gave it the suggested ratio, I water with fertilizer every 2-3 days. I also made another mistake at the beginning, cause I didn't fill the pot, so it doesn't have so much soil.
I have also a 200w (600w) Led Cob and 3 small led 2700/3000 K
