Nes Cafe....let me tell you....it's the Only coffeeshop where I met the owner (as a "non-celeb",ie.I 'met' Arjan....) and his brother (I want to sat Pieter and Franz,but my memory is a bit blurry,forgive me!)....who reccy'd a terrefic Dutch micro-brew, a 'white biere' that kicked ass, and their 'Stella Blue' herb was some of the very best,CLEANEST,FLUSHED herb of my two-week EU jaunt....
To note,they also grew an exceptional reprensation of Soma's NYC Diesel, (imo Soma's NYCD Mom Clone,which seems to have 'escaped proprietary ownership lately,ie.Gey Area's 'Grey Diesel' IS the NYCD Mom Clone,et al.
Anyhow....(he,the Owner, GAVE me a gram!!....It was the only really good representation I saw in A'damm,to be blunt.
They (or friends) hand-tended it 12 and some-odd weeks,I believe.
Nes has my deepest respect,they are 100% Real, and not to be missed,when in town.

Nescafe was a nice place lol, reminded me a lot of the bars here, drunk people everywhere lmao, but the herb was excellent, I tried some Pot of Gold and Cherrybomb and both were great..

soma for instance.... soma is a grower from the states now in the eu who made some very controversial strains.but thats it.... soma never made any strains, he made some good hybrids. thats it hybrids, thats what he sells in seeds.now many people in here when they see the photos and the reports even refer to him as"master soma" even "master bog" bows down to soma...
why?this is way more than the pat on the back or "good job" the man deserved. now he is a master breeder. but all he sells is hybrids not strains. none if any are isolated homogenized strains. so when you buy them at 200$ a pack, you get mucho variety, and if your lucky might get one with a hint of the picture taken on the catalogue.so that makes him a master crosser, and thats a big time mistake on identity.

JD came outta left field with a well writen post, well done. I kinda agree with you to a point. New people need mentors... people like bog who could write and explain things well, and was kind of like a father figure. Thats what the new people wanted and he filled those shoes well, and it sold him a ton of beans I'm sure. Possibly one of the best marketing schemes in the biz IMO.
