No they are completely transparent just like the plastic you get around cig packets.

Feels and looks like plastic but it burns totally clean and pretty much tasteless.

They're made by Aleda, I've used a few times now, I've grown to like them. But really if you want smooth smoke, get a roor, with a nice diffuser, ashcatcher, and ice bumps, it'll smoke really smooth unless you milk the bong everytime. Or best off, get a vape
