Non-Marijuana Hydroponics Forum?

I was just curious if anyone knew of a completely non-cannabis related hydroponics forum that was run similiar to this one with great photos and users?

I don't mean to sound like a dick, because I love browsing this forum and I learn and probably still will learn a ton, but my situation has been compromised and I need to lay low for a while. I've decided instead of throwing away my equipment, to grow tomatoes instead.

I'd appreciate anywhere ya'll could send me, but I promise to stick around because this site is awesome

peppers are where its at if u wanna NOT hide your grow...and still maintain something that is fun and profitable

I researched this a couple months ago or so....and Habanerros (sp?) are the pricy peppers that people purchase

Thanks, I had my saplings started and my system ready but then some events happened that really screwed everything up.

Do you know if its possible to grow habanneros alongside tomatoes?

Books on hydro veggies by Howard Resh are excellent. Check your public library. He has a small website with limited info. http://www.howardresh.com/home.html You can send him a email with a question on the website and he will surely respond. www.hydro-gardens.com is a good source of nutrients.

im pretty sure its very possible.

i'm doing some good research as we speak...and may have better info soon.

I hate peppers myself, but I do wanna grow some for profit if I can figure out all the logistics to make it profitable vs. the effort/ electricity.

any advice guys?

my bro who grows Habenaros alongside MJ says that the "Asian" hab. version is the money maker...hot as hell, but peeps dont need many at one time (i may grow a few varieties and sell them at the farmers market)

This is a great site that taught me a lot. I was in a similar situation--couldn't safely grow pot anymore, but wanted to learn the hydro thing, so i learned with tomatoes. Its a 150 watt DWC. Only problem here is the tomatoes overgrew the cabinet, lifted the glass up, and busted my ghetto SCROG screen.

I might not be able to start my grow as I planned so I've been thinking about growing some peppers. A non-cannabis growing forum here would be great, I love the community and members here, and I'm sure there are plenty of people here that grow things besides weed.

Because those two forums are so closely related to growing cannabis. Other plants grow in very similar conditions, many people grow peppers alongside thei cannabis or instead of when the conditions are not safe enough to grow illegal crops. But then again what's the point of adding something that will add to the community here, right?
