I have some plants that I am rehabilitating... they were pretty big when they got topped and some of them have hollow open stems. Last year, I had a sickly underperforming pant in my blackbox and it turns out that an earwig had moved into the hollow stem. To avoid that happening on these plants, which are destined for another project, I am trying to find that black goop that you use to close up plant wounds. But I don;t know what it's called, making it a pain in the ass to source. Anybody?

Lacking quality kelp, I decided to hit them with Roots Trinity this evening... I added a little Piranha and Tarantula I had left over from last season on the recommendation of a friend and a touch of Silica. The couple of plants that seem a little shocky from transplant seemed to instantly perk up. Hoping that tomorrow morning they are reaching for the sky.

Yeah... using DynaGro silica... did a basic cost breakdown compared to the other Potassium Silicate products on the market and based on dosage and concentration, the ProTekt is about half the price of Silica Blast.

I will compare the Bloom stuff when I run out of this.

Don't use the black stuff(Tree Seal). It has kerosene in it. The stuff you want is called Doc Farwells Seal and Heal. It is green and made for the green.:tiphat:

I don't think the solar path lights will do the trick... You have asked that in the past, yeah? Maybe a car battery... only needs to come on for a couple of hours..if anything. we are rapidly approaching the point at which supplemental lighting is no longer needed.

you are probably fine with those strains. the seeds won't flower and the OG and Sour D have enough sativa in them... doubt they will try and flower. Not familiar with the platinum kush, so I can't say. Drop you indoor lighting schedule to coincide with what's happening outside and you should be all good.
