No Brains, Full steam ahead

Tried to kill them again, left the pump unplugged 24 hours:wallbash:, 6 pots had dried and the blumats ran away when I re-plugged the pump. Re-adjusted and the girls look fine coco is resilient.

Here`s the thing about the mix you`re runnin WK.......That`s what I used with my timed feeds DTW to keep rootzones aerated and porous for max O2 in the rootzones between feeds so the drying out process would cause explosive lateral/feeder root growth ftw , cuz I only fed once a day till end of stretch , and twice till end of cycle in # 5 smartpots....

Whichever coco medium yas choose depends on gettin rid of the dust and coffee grounds consistency to have only stringy fibers that the blumats work best in....but...

They work well in 1/3 chunky/husks , 1/3 stringy fibers , and 1/3 chunky perlite as long as the mix is fully hydrated and compressed without too many voids/airpockets in the containers the cone`s are set in....

Things to ponder and overcome for dialage.....

Peace....DHF....:ying: ......

DHF thanks for stopping by, you are correct, it is just taking a bit longer to dial in but I am getting there, this morning I had to turn 2 down and 2 up, not bad out of 48.

After inadvertently giving them a chance to dry out a bit and resetting the blumats dial to cling seems to work well with this mix.

All about dialage , and the blumats haveta acclimate to the medium so there`s no break in the capillary action that causes grower and medium based error resulting in vapor locks till dialed down where each plants eatin their food as needed and .....then.....

The cone`s do all the work 24/7 with constant down pressure and dialed results....

2 weeks in, 3 blumats needed to be turned up 1 down, other than that looking good and filling in.

3 weeks and a day, trimmed, reset all the blumats and changed the rez.

There was a small amount of brown slime on the recirc pump, but not much.

Nice colours. I wonder how the temperature of your dirt is in the inside. I suspect it being a bit hot. Hopefully that's not hurting them.

GL on towards harvest man!
