These seeds came from Nirvana 2 years ago. They were grown out from seed and we picked the best mother. We feed them FloraNova products with Superthrive in veg and Koolbloom in flowering. We use an aircooled 400 watt lamp. We use two flood/drain tables sitting right next to eachother under the 400 watt lamp. Some of the leaves look like nutrient burn but it's bleaching from the light... we had them a bit close at one point.

The plants with buds on them are about 42 days flowering. The younger plants have been flowering 18 days.

Madcat, you got some lofty weight out of those plants. I believe you will have some very nice smoking bud from that crop.

There are 11 flowering plants. We cut one down yesterday and it's drying now. I'll post the dried weight once it's done drying... I'm hoping 1.5 oz a plant. Does that sound right?

good quality bud, lotsa red hair and frostyness but not a large yeilder. Less than an ounce per plant. Looses alot of weight during drying. Its not like certain sativa buds that stay thick and solid.These buds do shrink.

But the high is great. Bit of a comedown at the end, but then again you can toke some more and get high again :bat:

did anyone have a hermie problem with this strain? i had 3 pop up bad out of 10

no hermies yet cemchris. Your girl seems like a nice yeilder.

i ve grown this strain in the summer and it perfroms very nice.

But fall outdoor buds have amazing colors.

yeah thats the weird thing. I had 2 strong traits pop up. 3 of my plant were about twice as big as the other and they turned hermie. The smaller ones all came out fine. hmmmmmmmmmm...................

smaller ones could'a been your more nl-dom plants [very stable strain]. big ones, of course, being your big bud phenos... which are less stable than ANY nl I've come across/read about... i've heard a lot of good things about Big Bud and a lot of bad things about Big Bud. hermies could be one of them. no biggie, let's make some hash, bro. :D

now that i think of it, you didn't take your plants outta your room for pics during lights off, right? no light leaks? fuck it, did i mention let's just make some hash outta the herms? :D

now that i remember, lol too stoned after wake n bake, you were growing with fem'd seeds... they sometimes have a tendency to hermie during the last week or two of flower... sometimes early on..

This was one of my first strains when I started growing, gave me no problems at all. She took all of my newbie mistakes and more and still done me proud.
Remeber having an excellent male/female ratio, believ it was as high as 7females, of which 4 were grown out and flowered.

All pretty stable and all yielded well, got just over 10oz from a 400 on my second try at growing. I was happy :D
Potency was average, but I just smoked more. If you put away enough of her she'll get you to bed a few hours early.

yea you told me about he fem'd seeds so I guess I learned my lesson :p and the hash is on the way...
