NIRVANA SEEDS FAN THREAD

I have fem seeds of white widow, Candy Kush, Ak48, and OG Kush in the freezer. I can only grow 9 plants under 2 400 watt lamps (MH and HPS) organic soil. Which ones would you pick? I still remember the cherry cough drop AK 48 I got 5 years ago. Damn was that good, I'd smell that jar forever. Their bubblelicious received many compliments too on that run.

The AK 47 that I used to buy in the mid 2000's was some of the best clear headed, anti-anxiety weed I have ever tried. I still pine over that stuff. I'd be interested in seeing what todays Nirvana AK 48 is like. I've grown a handful of their strains and the bang for your buck is great.

Here's some more (Sterling Haze). Not very much info at all online about this one. I should probably put it in its own thread to make the info more easily found.

Anyway, here she is at 7 or 8 weeks. No idea, really. Was 12/12 from seed. Smells like a typical sour/fruity sativa smell I've seen on a lot of 10-12 week sativa hybrids. I really overestimated how much she would eat. Pretty sure I burned the shit out of her.

And a cutting of her. 3 weeks into flower, I think. I'm really bad about keeping track of this stuff.

I've given her virtually nothing and she still hasn't used up whatever was in her 1 gal smart pot.

The cutting that's been flowering 3-4 weeks. Looking much better than the older one. Just regular organic soil mix and a dose of PK about a week ago. All in a 1 gal smart pot. She doesn't need much

Just ordered the Nirvana OG Kush and White Widow fems for my upcoming grow at the end of this year. Anyone had experience with these strains recently? Their AK48, aurora indica, bubblelicious, papaya and raspberry cough were all great ganja.

Did you grow their OG Kush yet? I just got back into the hobby and I’m currently growing their AK-48(it’s an easy strain to grow), lol. I am interested in their OG Kush and Sour Diesel for my next Nirvana order.

Here's the picture of the cutting I have of Sterling Haze at 6-ish weeks. Really airy buds, but they might tighten up at the end. The mother didn't, but she could have gone another week. Still, I'm far from disappointed. The mother at 10 weeks is a good red eyed happy high.

Works well across the board, 12/12, SOG & scrogg.
They say 7/8 weeks. Not a hope! 10 weeks, nice dark colour hint of berry on the pallet after the exhale.

I got Skunk from Nirvana about 2 decades ago.
Grew every seed to large plants and allowed them to seed.

Many years later I had the last germination, after the seed aged.
This skunk grew to 80cm with a central crown.
4-5 branches with colas growing level with center crown.
The plants produced 3 ounces each, in a very confined area.

Just wondered what their Skunk is like now.
What might I expect to find in a lucky pack?

Back in my old town in Indiana there was a family, and the father and the two brothers were growers. They were the only ones in our area growing quality and all was from Nirvana.

Dkmonk and I were shocked when we found out their growing method, which was miracle grow, and grown outdoors in secluded locations. We were shocked because we had always been told Miracle Grow etc... are shit, and it blew our mind that the quality was so good.

I specifically remember Jock Horror being a favorite amongst the town whenever harvest time approached. I remember one of the brothers also got a pack of mystery seeds and I tried some of the bud from the unknown strain, and it was also really good.

One is now a MMA fighter, and I lost contact with them all, as they were not my friends, nor enemies, just aquaintences that I ran into a few times, but they were much older than me.

From what I understand one of the brothers is still growing but indoors in another town and I'm not sure if he still uses Nirvana genetics, but in the 2000's thats all they would order.

They never got caught or busted, but my town was corrupt and that family was extremely close to the law enforcement, so it wouldn't surprise me if they just got a pass.

Most recent seed stock, most likely. These were ordered a little less than a year ago (2019). Didn't pop more than a few seeds, so I'm guessing a pheno like this isn't too hard to come by. I think I still have a couple somewhere.

In cure, she gets nice & golden with a sour funk. Still have the cutting, but haven't run her in a while. I'll probably run her again pretty soon.

I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure "Sterling" here is a play on "sterling silver," since most "(Super) Silver Haze" varieties involve some combination NL, Skunk, and Haze. Typical Nirvana knockoff naming convention, but for the price, she doesn't disappoint.
