oh never had purple buds b4 .just looked very tasty to me lol. i bet u could charge way more for purple than regular green nugs and peeps would tear it up. maybe one day i will get a purple pheno as i have white rhino too. then i will kno what ya mean lol. but boy your friends would think u were the champ with some purple nugs lmao i always noticed on overgrow the strainguide all purple nugs said potency of 4 or so..

yeah, mostly the purple color is a novelty... that's not to say that there's not any great purple strains (there definately are), but they're all the same color when my lighter hits them...

as far as i'm concerned, the color of the pot comes after...
-taste
-potency
-smell
-trich coverage

I agree with that....
I am an avid outdoor grower and the temps. tend to change a non purple strain purple. It doesnt effect the original characteristics at alll....it just turns purple

Yeah I've seen some crazy colors..especially if the plants are cold..on the bright side they win a lot of POTM's..
I've re-potted right in the middle flower with no probs at all..some don't like to do this..
I have the new pot ready to go so I pull up the plant..drop it in and bury..completely done in like 5 minutes..
As far as pulling the plant up and droppin more soil under..peeps pull there plants all the time..just to look at the roots..just have to do it when the pot is fairly dry..so it's light and stays together..
The root system is large enough now..that any transplant isn't gonna matter much to the plant other than the roots have a place to go..
Usually when they get near bound..the bottom roots start doing laps around the bottom wall of the pot..there are so many roots at the bottom..they just suck the water right up..you can bottom feed a couple of times before you top water again..cause the bottom might be using up the water where the middle is still moist..
I think some like chuckyoufarley only bottom feed..Almost like doing Ebb & Flow but hand dunking the pot into a bucket of water..up to about 2" below the soil surface..
I mostly top feed myself till the get near the end then I start to bottom feed too..
A plus to bottom feed is it also pretty much eliminates gnats by keeping topsoil dry..

thanks guys!!!! today the hunnies looks fatter than yesterday!! i have bud all the way up the main cola not like with my other grows that only went about 4 nodes down like a christmas tree cola but this one is like 7 nodes and like a freaking red wood lmao not quite but for me it seems that way. nirvana has stood up for its name and the price is reasonable i would buy again for sure! screw what people say its the best i have grown so far and for the price i paid 55 bux for 50 seeds! i used 3 and goe 47 left to try and i paid for them in one gro! nugs this crystaly around here would go for at least 175 a half ounce plus its home grown! u gotta love it! no hermies that i see so far

ok its day 84 and its day 44 into flower! i leave for one day and come home this morning and of course my light didn;t turn on so it was off for a extra 2 hours!!!! its was glowing a lil orange but not on so i flipped timers and it worx now! just my luck with 2 weeks left lol. hope it don't hurt the girls i will turn off at the usual time tonight they just got 10 hours insead of 12. lmao geez i am still a lil po'd about that! well heres the updated pix! they look great still! hopefully no male flowers form at least its so late in flower already that no seeds should start or develop. or will they? ok heres the pix what do u guys think? they r fattening up. there must be 2 phenos because ones so crystally and the other isn't so much? heres them pix!

i mean 10 hours of light my bad. it had 14 hours of dark it didn't go on for 2 hours in the morning but it had a small orange glow like when the bulb powers up? not enough to think its light i am sure. it worked fine today wonder what happned to it i ordered 2 more bulbs now. don't it take along time for the male nanner to form and shoot pollen?

well are you seeing sacks? If its the first time it should be ok, just try not to do it again otherwise you could stress it.

Im not totatlly sure I think its like 2 -3 weeks for a male pod to spew. But if you dont see em then you cant get rid of em.

i don't notice any yet. our they hard to spot in the buds because i have seen a all male before and looked for banana shaped sacks today but none yet. i just seen all males but never a hermie.. i had a bag seed hermie my 1st grow and never noticed the male sack just pollen on the leaves. other than that all fems. oh well what can ya do? screw it i got more seeds! i am going white rhino next! maybe put the bubblicious in reveg to get clones? but these r pretty stable plants and i have had no problems with them if they hermie its because the lights. well i will keep ya posted and post more pix. wish me luck!!!

Just keep em going and watch them carefully for balls. I bet you'll harvest some good smoke in two weeks.

whats happening Weed your plants look good. they turning purple? Looks i overlapped u on these somehow! how long u letting yours go for! Turned over on 5/2 here and all 4 were female and about 3 look about the same purple pheno and 2 are alright no purple but nice colas! the ladies are at about 55 days and look done wonder how long should let em go? what r u planning on!

well it says 8 to 9 weeks but i am looking at trichs with a 30 x loupe. i will harvest when they start to go amber since i like that couchlock!. no purple here even tho one of my last pics seems to look that way a lil. it was just the light tho. i have 2 phenos i believe. one super sugary crystals and one with a medium amount of crystals. both green tho. they should be done withing 2 weeks or so? keep ya posted i will post some more pix soon. i watered today and will not use anymore nutes. well hope u get some good smoke also man!! i will let u kno how mine is!

ok its day 90 and day 50 into flower!!! 6 more to go but i will wait a lil longer prolly a week or so till them trichs hopefully go amber!. i tried to get some better pix but my camera and lighting suck. here is the best i can do. what ya guys think? the trichs still seem cloudy with no amber.

nice they look like a couple phenos have as well! also ended up with some purple phenos but It figures only cloned the ones that didnt go purple! oh well the strain is defintly getting major props by me for 15$ u cant go wrong here!
