Will be running Blue Sonjas in a few months, am running the UK Cheese Blue Sonja Cross right now

I'm lovin' the grow room but really want to get it finished, it's starting to worry me with some danky smells on the grow

I think your right on the money brother, im asumeing these are new bulbs! and with most lamps these days there very intence when new, your also useing a dam good shade to reflect the lums, and even with good temps in the canopy newer growth can suffer radiation burn from strong growlights, probably wont happen next time when the lamps seen some ware.

Yeah man brand new bulbs. I just wish I had the bux to outlay for some drip trays so I could SCROG my grow, but won't for a moth or so which means until then it's the current system of individual drip-saucers.

I am so lovin' the way this Grail looks, so healthy and the buds are starting to tease me heh

BTW, the Grail is cross between Federation Mikado and Brothers Grimm Cinderella99, and it's reported to be a very very nice smoke, so even though I only have the one I have a couple of clones and am gonna try an aero cloner build asap, as the results of those things are lookin da stuff

Man I do love the coco so much, when I used to grow it's what I used for around 10 years and it never failed me. i will definitely try out some DWC and maybe aero at some point, and would really like to stealth a few gals in some outdoor organic soil at some point, but for a newbie or someone out of the loop it's definitely a good path to choose.

Having trouble getting decent shots of my gals so give me a day or two and I'll try to borrow my friend's camera and get something that shows what I'm seeing. Soon.

Ventilation update

I finally got my arse into gear and pretty much sorted out my ventilation now.

You'll remember I have a 250mm ducting system running from an outlet under my house comes inside my storage area and into the grow area via the flower room.

That's where I left it, a single open duct sucking from directly above my 2x 600W HPS lights. I have my fan mounted under the house, ghetto-style, sucking hard.

OK, so I panda filmed the Flower Room walls and floor and attached the 250mm "Y" connector to the existing duct, and have left this "Y" open on one end, which is removing heat and humidity from directly above the lights, but now have an additional 3m piece added to the other end of the "Y" and it runs into the Vegetative room.

So far so good.

I'm pretty new to these EC Meters (Bluelab Truncheon) but am starting to use it daily, so would appreciate any thoughts you guys might like to offer...


For these 12/12 gals I've increased my watering from once to twice daily now -

1st watering - 2 hrs after lights go on
2nd watering - 2 hrs before lights go out

Tap water (that isn't getting detected by the truncheon, so the EC is low)
Canna Coco A+B @ 3mL/L
Canna Rhizo @ 0.5mL/L
Canna Cannazyme @ 2mL/L

Nutes @ 1.6 EC - 1120 ppm (ecx700) before watering
Nutes @ 1.2 EC - 840 ppm (ecx700) after watering

This seems about right to me.
