The sun is out after a cloudy start. 64 for a high today and then it's a stretch of 70s starting tomorrow. How are things? Back to 70 and sunny, i hope.
This site has a decent dough recipe, and a few tips. I haven't made any lately but I should. I've just been lazy. I have a stone, wooden peels, a metal peel, cutters, pans, and even have a Baking Steel. I prefer the stone for under the pizza since the steel cooks the bottom a little more and I like mine a little softer. That picture is definitely cool as a moose.
Thanks, @PadawanWarrior , this batch of dough balls has been a good one. They have been easy to stretch and they have slid off the peel easily.
I sure hope the Eagles beat the Chiefs. I think they will.
That moose is probably jerking off while peaking at your wife changing on the 2nd floor, PW. Thats as good of a reason to kill it as any. Well, that and the meat.
Or maybe you can tame it, hand feed it, maybe it'll come to your defense if needed. It'll be like your guard moose.
I only have a bunch of accessories, and the Egg for that matter since it was a steal. The guy my son worked for was closing, so I got hooked up. I'm sure you can get the same igniter cheaper without the Egg name. Amazon has one that looks similar for $35.Sounds like PW has all the fancy big green egg accessories. Ill definitely look into the charcoal starter, might give a peep into the basket and fan controller, we'll see.
This is the kinda stuff we need the reaction button for.im in! for the chiefs as well
i just like the chiefs and in some ways washington kind of beat themselves in the first half
j.daniels looked great all season for washington but kind of fell apart in the championship game
unfortunately they also had one of the worst ranked run D's in the nfl (30th) so it like of left the door open for barkley to run wild all over them
aj.brown was kind of quiet all playoffs but came alive yesterday
the chiefs are a lot better against the run (ranked 11th) and can hopefully keep the eagles out of short yardage situations
im just a big fan of andy reid and i like fat mahommie in big games
this is going to be a great game

The cold rise method is cool. And you can freeze the dough balls too if you want.
The Best NY Style Pizza Dough
Better than your favorite pizzeria! YES, you can make fantastic pizza at home. A quick mix of ingredients, place dough in the fridge, and you will be amazed. You have pizza dough for the next few days! The trick is the proportion of ingredients and the SLOW RISE for the best dough!feelingfoodish.com

you got the emoji order mixed up but i fixed* it for you!
dont laugh at people and eat poop! or you will get yuk
I hadn't even though about what we'll have for the Superbowl. But it's gotta be easy since I want to just relax and watch the game. Beau Jo's would be perfect, but we'll see.the egg is a cool cooker and if you have it might as well put it to good use
are you cooking anything for the big game?
*orders from the league"
I use that same recipe. I found it some years ago after searching for a "decent dough recipe" like you did. The tips included in your link were pretty much what I found while working with the recipe. I don't add sugar and I reduced the amount of yeast. I cook on a steel after a couple of stones broke during a cook. This site has a decent dough recipe
huh? yeah i hope thats not a hair.sure isnt mine. my head is buzzed. thats gross if it is.just got back from kfc. got the nashville chicken strips.its ok.rather have the regular. they are way smaller than they used to be. doubt im gonna go to kfc for a while if i want chickenthat looks like a grinding box of food and you cant beat that deal man
nice looking terriaki chicken with mushrooms, but is that a hair in the box by the shumai?
shumai is ok and ive had it at dim sum places where you order a whole bunch of tiny dishes to make the meal and everyone kind of shares
the tempura looks on point and i like the look of that fried rice
That's crazy. Thanks for the sauce recipe. I haven't figured out how to make a good one yet. I'll have to get my shit together and make some pizza one of these days. But I just put half a Ribeye roast in the fridge to thaw for the weekend so it might be awhile,I use that same recipe. Here's a pizza sauce recipe I found and use. Very simple and I add about 1 tsp. of the Cento Tomato paste.

I haven't made one in awhile, but all this talk is getting me motivated. And Jacks are actually pretty good.I learned my lesson from last wk so teased the lines and took less money at Eagles -4.5 (they only won by 30 lol) and Bills +3.5 (saved my bacon). It worked out ok but not sure who i like for the super bowl. KC is a -1.5 favorite, i could see teasing Eagles to +3.5 and also taking KC -1.5 both hitting. If Eagles win outright then at least i'll break about even.
Dalvin was the man and had some good years with the vikings, his 'lil bro is carrying on the family legacy with the bills. Perhaps he should have gone to FSU but i dont think he was as highly rated as his big brother so he had to settle for Georgia.
It was up to 45F this afternoon and i was very happy, especially in the sun. I probably wont see 70s till April.
DC fans should be ecstatic about the commanders, Jaylen looks like a 5yr seasoned vet not a rookie. Maybe they need to work on the name, theyre not going back to the redskins but commanders is pretty lame.
Derrick henry had to settle for an 8M/yr deal and Saquon got 12M/yr, both less than McCaffrey's 16M/yr, but they both more than earned their paychecks. Like Pops said, maybe the RB is coming back into vogue and they'll start being more valued and their earnings will go up.
Supposedly next year the league will expand video assisted review so that if mahomes slides late and gets a bogus roughness call, a ref over video can intervene and change it.
I hope that's Hawk's hair on his food. But even if it isnt it's too long to be a pube so maybe it's ok. I mean still not cool but yknow, food's still edible right?
Seems like everyone's making pizzas from scratch except me. Will have to settle for the 4 pack of Jack's Pepperoni i bought at the warehouse store. Does it still count as scratch made if i add some more cheese to it before baking?
Lol. I would never think to buy an electric charcoal lighter, but damn it's cool. I'm a little impatient so this thing rocks. I was surprised how quick it gets the coals ready.Yeah i saw some electric charcoal igniters for $40 or so online, im gonna have to check one out before my next cook.
Buzz and PW are like pizza bro's. In fact, that should be the name of their pop up restaurant if they ever do a collab. Buzz will cook on steel for a crispier undercarriage and PW on stone for a more floppy NY style slice.
Driving past Brooklyn's Finest tomorrow when I go pick them up from the airport. Gonna have to do some thinking, if I'm stopping before or after I pick them up,i would be their best customer if @buzz and @PadawanWarrior opened a pizza place
i hear you baba, im getting by on cheap and easy right now so its dominos %50 off deals for me
ive been on this denver omelette kick and had one last night for dinner with a couple pieces of toast
a beau jo's pie sounds like it would be perfect for the super bowl and noone wants to spend all morning in the kitchen cooking when you could be pregaming and watching tay-tay videos
@Bababooey you bet the dc fans are hyped and they havent had a qb like j.dan since rg3
/before they broke him
a big thing before the season how the top free agent rbs were getting no love, dident eckler have to grab a last minute deal at a low ball offer?
barkley and qwan' both went to run heavy teams and were like frosting on cake adding biggly to both offenses and wouldent it be wild if someone other than a qb could win a superbowl mvp
the over and under is 49.5 and i like the over in this one
/i think both teams are going to be banging out big points
it could come down to turnovers or maybe some kind of officiating wackiness but this should be a good game
a hair in your food isnt the worst thing that could happen but i might still get yucked out to where im not touching it
that one isnt that bad but still, its the kind of thing i would tell them about and expect a new order of at least the dumplings
We are currently doing our market analysis. Several names are currently on the table.Buzz and PW are like pizza bro's. In fact, that should be the name of their pop up restaurant if they ever do a collab. Buzz will cook on steel for a crispier undercarriage and PW on stone for a more floppy NY style slice.
Ribeyes trump Pizzas errryday. But I just put half a Ribeye roast in the fridge to thaw for the weekend so it might be awhile,
red/yellow/ green peppers (see the rasta angle)
There has been some bickering over naming rights to our pizza place:I imagine Buzz and PW working in the kitchen together, and they'll either get along great or be constantly arguing, like an old married couple.
Word on the street:i think both teams are going to be banging out big points
