Looking at this bad boy but it's outta my price range.one of the main reasons I want Japanese is because the tsuka,or handle is slimmer.i have small hands.the Chinese blades aren't bad bud the handle is wider and made for Americans who have generally bigger hands than Asians. Lol and my mom thought $22 was a lot at Texas roadhouse for a 6 or 8 ounce filet. But wait $40 a lb? That's not bad.those are choice right? Yeah it's been a while but yeah those cans of crab are expensive but at least it's all good meat.i saw Guga on YouTube make the biggest king crab I've ever seen.but he claimed they were $1000 a crab.i know it's pricey but damn I don't think it's that's pricey.maybe those are Guga prices.and you know what the crazy bastid did? Boil it in Coca-Cola! Must be nice to be rich

I think everything's gotten more expensive in the last 3 years, Buzz. I think now that schools can pay players directly, yeah some of the ticket/concession/parking $ will go to players. Before that tho, i think it was boosters paying NIL funds. A zinc aluminum alloy blade wont be as strong as carbon steel but it'll be lighter and rust resistant/shinier. And still plenty strong to cut through things if he needs to.

A katana handle is like 12" long for 2 handed use; my european longsword doesnt have that thick of a grip imo, dont think u need big hands to grip it securely, the overall mass is more of a factor in wielding it than grip thickness but Hawk probably knows more than me.

the zinc/alloy blade is for learning quickness and accuracy. it takes years and good teachers to move up to a Shinken. i am one of the best. period. i wont touch a shinken. they are so expensive and so sharp i dont want anything to do with them withouth insurance. thats a lie. i would love to touch a shinken.not many peple have

Yeah Buzz, the price of going to sporting events is almost beyond the avg Joe's means, now. Tickets to Bears games are like $300 each for not good seats. Yeah in Japan owning a sword is similar to owning a gun.they take that shit real seriously.guy on here bought some real Japanese steel and was gonna make a sword.havent heard from him in a while but yeah there aren't many Japanese swordsmiths left.if your lucky you might get one for 10k with a 1 year wait time.or you can pay $320000 for a 200 year old masterpiece.the sky is the limit on these things. There's actually and I'm not making this up, a Masumune in some presidents museum down south I forget where.They took it after WW2 I believe.i forget a lot but Masumune is the best of the best.its priceless.hell do I see a sword heist movie in the making?
