2 baconators in the past week and a half? Those are rookie numbers, you gotta pump those numbers up. Lol but seriously, ur right, all that bacon and cheese and beef, it’s basically a heart attack in a bun. That’s what makes it good. A side of fries makes it even unhealthier but you can cancel it out with a diet coke, right?
Maybe you should fly a big Ukrainian flag on your balcony just to troll your Russian neighbors. If theyre always loud could you call the cops and make an anonymous noise complaint? Too bad they don’t smoke hash, that would be a good way to make friends with them. Are they big time drinkers?
Kyler got a 5 yr, 230M contract, avg of 46.1M (behind Rodgers’ 50M/yr and just ahead of Watson’s 46M/yr), 160M guaranteed. So he’s their QB until 2028.
Ur right Pop, they went all in on kyler but everyone said they had to, they’ve had some gawd-awful QBs there and when he’s healthy he’s been a top 5 MVP candidate the last couple of years. Key word is healthy, 2 yrs ago he had a shoulder injury that slowed him down in the 2nd half of the season, last year it was an ankle that did the same thing. But for all his size deficiency, when he’s on his game, he can run like lamar (well, almost) and throw like brady (well, almost).
Speaking of lamar Jackson, his extension is next in line. He’s already won an MVP, and while his 2 seasons since havent been nearly as good (last year he was also hurt) this team doesn’t want to go back to a Flacco type QB again. Sure Flacco won a superbowl when he played out of his mind during the playoffs plus had a great defense, but the 5-6 yrs afterwards they had to endure him being an ok, even mediocre, QB.
U make a good point, Pop, that dual threat QBs may have shorter careers. Cam Newton is only 33 but is a street free agent (Carolina didn’t re-sign him) and honestly has looked washed the last couple of years. He’s still a very capable runner but his passing is nathan Peterman levels of bad. Funny thing is that his injuries either came from getting hit in the pocket or trying to make a tackle after an interception (his shoulder injury that cost him a season), not from getting hit during runs. But maybe all those accumulated hits during his early years added up, like with Andrew Luck.
