that old mic pre was a just ok bass di for years till i started hotrodding it
i installed some burr brown opamps and turned it into a REALLy nice mic pre
then dropped in some mil spec tubes and its become my main unit:
world class sound for like 250$ i have in it, parts and all

shit ... sorry karma - talking random shit in this thread and mucking it up
