Hi
First time grower in need for some help :)

I am not sure what is wrong with my plant but let me try and describe it fist then you can have a look at my pictures.
The pictures are not that good quality but I hope you can make it out.

The plant is 23 days young, grown from seed. I use 2 x 24 W CFL lamps for the vegi state.
The plant is starting to hang more and more, and the leaves are turning brownish and dry.

Here comes the pictures:

Pic #1
See how the leaves are hanging and some are dry and turned brownish.

Pic #2
Here again, brownish. This time a bit higher up the plant.

Pic #3
Other side of the plant, same hight as Picture #2, diffrent leaf.

Pic #4
The plant itself, The top of the plant is kinda hanging as the rest of the plant.

Edit: Little more information
The plant is growing in soft soil with leca (LECA; lightweight expanded clay aggregates.)
I have barely used any fertilizer yet, only very small dosis.

She looks thirsty and hungry... You should be around 1000ppm by now I would think.. so not sure what you're currently feeding her but ya need to up that dose quite a bit. She looks to have a combination of pH lockout and underfeeding, as she's eating herself (brown leaves).

Okay so I should defendly start giving her some more fertilizer?
Today she is really really looking bad, everything is hanging on her and I think she is pretty much dead.

Just look at her, looks really sad :badday:

I don't think lack of ferts did that, maybe overwatering?

Okay, I dont feel like I have given it too much water, I give them alitlle about every 2nd day or when I feel the soil is very dry.
It's amazing how fast it can turn wrong, pictures from yesterday and then this picture from today

Looks like you need some practice at dialing your grow in.

First - watering. It's a tricky one in that the symptoms of over watering are identical to under watering. When you water you should soak her through and through, plenty of runoff. Then pick her up and feel the weight. Now check her weight daily and when she feels 'empty and light' it's time to water her...sometimes, if you have a good sized container, they can go 7-10 days without needing to be watered. Every other day, like you're doing, may be overkill.

Next pH - you need to make sure you use dolomite lime in your soil. This will keep the root zone at a pH of 6.5 and allow her to eat the food ya give her.

Lastly, Nutes - yes, you should increase the ferts...but only after you have identified is she over watered, under watered, pH lockout, etc..

first take soils ph before you add anything.....if that is in check then you can progress taking on your problem...soils ph must be between 6.2 and 6.8 ...6.4 being optimal....

and plant is 23 days old but she realy looks like she needs a good dose of feeding....

Okay, I started out soon, way before I had all the equiepment, was probably stupid to begin that soon. I still need a PH monitor, I'll have to order that right away then.

I have another plant which is a bit older then the sick one, and this plant is doing so good, looks good and it have been given the same as the sick plant. It is a diffrent strain thou, probably easier growin strain.

The sick plant is a "Blue Tops" and the healthy is a "Shiva Shanti 2"
Can't find much info about the Blue Tops but I got it recommended from another grower.

I just had a long chat about fertilizing, how to dose and stuff like that, hopefully I got that under control now.

yep a ph meter is a must....then you'll be on your way i'm shure of that..
if the PH of the soil is good ...most plantproblems will stay away...but then i'm not talking about the 'human' factors lol.......

PH meter on it's way.
I was also just told that I need to keep my PC fan on all the time, to give the plant good air, I'v been having it on for 15 min at a time, each hour.
Will try leave it on 24/7
