Thank you Pompey_Monkey. Yes i tried to read up a lot before I started with such a small cab. This site has been a huge help on that part. Lots of great ideas and good mentors on ICMag.com
My only caution to other new growers is read a lot and read a wide spectrum of grows. I have found the art of horticulture to be a very tricky thing to learn. So many people have sooo many different "Tried and True" methods of growing. The amount of different grow mediums and nutrient lines can be very over whelming. K.I.S.S always is you safest bet. I would recommend a simple basic soil grow, with an easy three part system for anybody's first couple grows. Always start with less plants than your total goal will be and work your way up. But still no mater how much you read it means nothing until you actually get your feet wet.
They both look great, excited to see both of them put on some weight and finish up!

This is a few days into week 6. My weeks end on thurs day.
A couple notes on status of this week are : buds on the G13 are starting to swell. The kush still looks dinky. The tops of a couple colas are getting bleached. I should have been expecting this. I mentioned before that my light was way to close. I was hoping to squeak by but I must be just on that line. I tried pushing them down a bit to help prevent any further damage.
About bleaching. I'm told that this has no effect on the smoke. just gives an odd appearance on bag appeal????

more of the bleaching. As you can see in this pic its only to top few hairs. I'm hopping it wont get worse

looks like just some thick hairy base pistils, i had pistils like that on a aurora indica pheno im running and they ambered up after awhile, in fact those nugs are denser and stickier!!

good show lad! i'm impressed with that LED for sure. nothing like a good scrog either. glad i stumbled upon and was able to partake in the ride. can't wait to see it dry...

you guys all want to see them go longer. And after taking another look i see lots of room to fill up. Going to keep her on the scheduled feeding plan for at least another week. I did pick up some molasses so ill be adding that in as well.Thanks for all the support guys ill be back next week for an update
ok guys... sorry for the delay
Went out last weekend woke up checked on the plants. everything look peachy. Left for the day came home late and woke up the next morning to a dead plant. So weird. leaves shriveled, crunchy, falling off. I tried a quick flush with plain water. She just couldn't keep going :friends:. chopped her and dried. sorry no pics as it happened but you can see her bud.
The G13 had no problems looks likes its about full term starting to flush on next watering. I'm noticing she doesn't drink up as much water anymore; The soil never gets dry. She dose keep getting burnt tips on the leaves like its not getting enough water?
Sorry for the poor quality camera is crapin out time to buy a new one but here ya go!

It smells real grassy. Im guessing from it being real immature and its light and fluffy. I dont have a scale but half O would be a good guess on weight. The smoke isnt bad. super smooth. Smokes best rolled in a joint. really heady high for what its worth. its been curing in the mason jar for a few days and its starting to give a Jasmin scent.
