my experience with dutch customer service was average at best. I know a place as popular as Barney's probably has a lot of horror stories, but I found a good crowd of employees there, plus a dude from Israel who was close with the employees - we packed one after another in the volcano while other tourists hovered nearby, hoping for a piece of the action.
The stores are much too small for the amount of traffic they receive, but thats just the way it is.
Comparatively, Dutch service is B.S. after you've been treated to service from the U.S. Especially if you stick out like a tourist.
At another shop, Dampkring - I asked the bud tender why their powerplant was indica dominant and he responded by pulling out as many different buds as he could and asking me if I could tell the difference. I said yes, and he spoke down to me, "we have a true marijuana master here!" O.kay buddy, just give me some John Sinclaire so I don't have to see your bald head anymore.
