The cooltube/reflector/ballast/mh/HPS came from a set i bought.

I hope they take off too. Last time they were just in the buckets not recirculating and i vegged for 30 days. ended up with 6 foot plants. yielded 10 oz off of 2 plants, the larger plant produced 6 oz. So this time I am running 4 clones off the 6 ouncer (it's cali-o), veg for 30 days again, and I am putting in a scrog in the next couple days. I think the RDWC will probably get similar results with less maintenance. aiming for between 1 and 1.5 lbs.

Do you use a chiller???

Clones 6 weeks into bloom...How long do they take to re-veg??

Probably wouldn't need to veg for 30 days if you had the clones ready to go earlier...

Is that a 1000watt light???

Maybe a few days for them to start growing at a good pace. Light is a 600. No chiller.

will be looking forward to the grow show.....
Nice setup as well. i have 2 bubble buckets i need to hook up to recirculate. I went out of town for 3 days and when i came back my buckets had about half a gallon left and the ph went to 4.5!!!!! Anyway, I have some left over parts to make a system like that. I have the 1" ebb &flow fittings......not the tubing. What do you think based on your system, if i use 3/4 returns that are not piggybacked and split the 1/2 feed lines? I have an ecoplus 264gph & 396 gph. I figure the 264 would be fine. Do you? Also i notice inside your bucket were the feed lines drain....there is not an elbow directing the water down..... Do you think that will be a problem?

I run one 350 gallon per hour pump per 2 plants. So there is 2 pumps in my system. I use 1 " drains. I was gonna use 3/4" but since it is graining via gravity, i figured I better step up to 1 inch drains since I want a high rate of flow.

As for the elbow not pointing the water down... I don't think it matters, but I did consider it, mostly so that if an air pump went out, that circulation caused by the water shooting down into the bucket would still aerate the water just fine....

ok...i know the specs on your system. Just trying to pick your brain a little. You use 1 inch drain lines that turn into one(piggyback) per 2 buckets. So 2-1inch hoses turn into 1 1inch return. Do you think i would have generally the same return flow as you if i used 3/4 drain lines that went straight to the rez? Without being piggybacked? Also do you care if i throw a pic of the completed project?. no highjacking intended. Everytime i see a system on here i want to mimic it and compare.....
thanks for your reply and any in the future

Single 3/4" inch drains would probably be good. Post whatever you want man no problem.

I guess I am a little skeptical and maybe other people can jump in...If you take a clone off a plant that has been flowering for 6 weeks your telling me that after your roots have shown that your re-veg only takes a few days and then they are off and running...I must have been doing something wrong because tried it one time and took clones off a plant 2 weeks into flower and it took 2-3 weeks after the roots had shown to start to show any type of veg growth...Gotta say the plants in the pic look stalled out...

I took clones off this same plant last time when it was about 3-4 weeks into flower and they only took and extra 3-4 days maybe. I have never taken one 6 weeks into flower until now (i only did it cause my dad said it won't work). Either way, if it does take an extra week oh well, i don't have any other clones of this plant so i have to grow them out. I usually just put the light on 24/7 and drop it way down about 10-12" from the buckets. Usually puts it back in veg pretty damn quick. We will see this time. I am not concerned either way. You gotta remember, these clones are no bigger than a lighter, or maybe your thumb. Just give them a few days. I will post up some pics when they start taking off. Might be tomorrow. Might be next week. Obviously a vegging clone would be faster to start off with.

I have new vegetative growth on 2 of the 4 clones already. This strain I guess switches back pretty quick, I will post pics in a few.
