New medical room technique advice pls

Here is a pic of what has been slopped together after the move to my new house. Im a medical patient so my numbers are limited. As you can see by the pic here i was LAZY..I jsut let them grow as trees. There is a ph issue i believe(someone else confirmed) due to the well water here. xD

What would you guys do with this mess? Soil/16 plants

Was thinking some serious lst next time around.

On a side note has anyone used these generic reflectors? Ive always used them and have never had a light meter. Hows the footprint on these?

one thing with the lights hanging above the plants, is that you can strip the bottom 3rd of the plants. this will equate to bigger buds on top and much less work trimming "popcorn" buds on the bottom. if you plant to keep them as trees, perhaps a vertical light setup might be better. topping your plants early will also promote a bushier plant, but with many top colas. upgrading your environment and strain will be the biggest improvement you can make. everything else is trial and error.

I have spider mites atm. After this ahrvest i will be wiping them. For now im just using dawn dishsoap and a pump up plant sprayer .

How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now? 6 weeks roughly
Were they in the same mixture when they were seedlings/smaller plant? If not, what mixture were they in before? Yes same mix. Miracle Grow xD
How Tall are the plants? 6 foot
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? flower (about a month)
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) None. Christmas trees
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)5-10 gallon 1 plnt per
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) Mircale grow soil mix
What brand Nutrient's are you using? GH fora 3 part
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water*Knowing the brand is very helpful* 15ml bloom 10micro 5grow per gal
How often are you feeding? Every other watering the last week and a half. None the past few days.
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients? 2-3 weeks into flower roughly
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect) Varies (xD) i add them randomly and fill the jug with water
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used? 1000+ -Idk
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? IDK I only have litmus paper atm.
How often are you testing pH/ppm/EC/TDS? Every few weeks. (bad i know)
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? Strips
How often are you watering? Typically every other day. Sometimes daily.
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?a few days ago. Feeding every other water for about a week and a half.
What size bulb are you using? 1000 watt
How old is your bulbs? Basically new
What is the distance to the canopy? 1-2 feet roughly i believe.
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)Idk i can ttest that atm.
What is the canopy temperature? low 80s
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)15 degrees
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) Idk the cfm but i have decent temp with a window fan(its cold out) and another box fan. But there is no exaust.
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? Window fan/box fan by day. Eveything is off at night.

Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? No. I let it dry before waters typically.
Is your water HARD or SOFT? Hard well water. Has not been tested prof. PPM i believe is near 400 (high i know)
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled?Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? well water
If using tap water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS of the water right out of the tap?(Only if you have a tds pen)ppm roughly 400, Best i can gues with litmus paper..6-9
If using RO,Distilled,mineral water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS without any additives?(Only if you have a tds pen)
Are you using water from a water softener? No
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? No
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? Dawn soap every week or so maybe twice.
Are plant's infected with pest's? You guessed it. Spider mites. xD


I plan on topping this go around. I have my veg plants decent size by now. I wanted to scrog/lst a nice even canopy. We will see tho. This and one more grow till i move outide to my enclosu res for summer.

spidermites will decimate your crop. either harvest early or treat them. did you consider placing a hotshot no pest strip in the room?
your window fan brings in pests from the outside. can you filter the intake?

for your next crop... you must use all new soil. pots. seeds. everything new. bomb the room several times. bleach on walls. just try everything. mites will survive in the harshest environments and then explode when your room is dialed in.

Yes i know the mites are bad. Im just hanging in there another month till harvest. More bugs come in my dirt than the window lmao

The pest strips are bad in flower? I will def use them in my veg room.
