I was wrong, I have the lights ballast set to 600W, so far thay seem to be ok, years ago I vegged a few with an eye hortilux MH 1k, and they grew amazingly.
I just keep them far away at 1st, then gradually increase the light.. Then start to lower it...
Moved them under it yesterday, they are looking good.
