New journal looking for set up advice

My room will be 5'×10'×9'tall. For a total of 450 Sq ft.

I will have an 8" hurricane fan for exhaust and a 6" hyper fan for intake

I have a window, and a vent leading into the basement for my options. The vent leading to the basement can have air pushed into the basement or I can tap into the dryer vent and push the air outside.

I will be using one reg light and one DE light both 8inch air cooled. To start I will only have one light to worry about. Later the DE will go up.

I have one 6000btu air conditioner and imagine I will need a bigger btu unit come summer here soon.

Two main catches here for my setup... the basement will always have 1150w for cacti running from 5pm to 11am. Those cacti lights are on the opposite side of the basement they are NOT under the ganja plant room or near the vent into the basement. The cacti lights simply add heat to the basement... secondly, the flower room is in the same room as my veg room will be.

The flower room is a 10×10×9' room. I will divide it in half and use a 5x10×9' portion for flower. Two 1000w lights only.

The other half will be for my veg. I only have 6-8 small plants in 1gallon pots going at the most. So at most I run 1 maybe 2 T5 4bulb lights for my veg. That covers the catches

Now I'm thinking of having the floor vent be my intake. And my exhaust will be the window disguised properly of course. The basement will have a small lung room for my air conditioner to sit in. The ac will exhaust out the dryer vent hole... I will cap off one end to the ducting so my furnace doesn't blow hot air into the basement.

The other end I will attach my 6" hyper fan for the intake. Ac will be manually adjusted I have no environment control unit as of yet. This way heat from the ac won't be a problem in the grow room.

Or I can simply pull air from outside and push it into the flower room via the vent in the floor with the 6inch fan on a speed controller..?

Also this way the air being moved through my reflector will be whatever temp my room is.

Would it be better to intake from outside via the window or dryer vent? If I were to do either one of these options my account wouldn't be able to have a lung room. Without making a hole in the floor which I can't do.

I do plan to get a carbon filter also I have the extra cfms for it already accounted for.

Thoughts appreciated

I'm thinking I could have my intake for my hoods come from outside.. I will run lights during the night so that's how I will get the coolest air coming over my lights to keep the room cool. I could pull air from the dryer vent in the basement and then push the air over my lights and out the window in the flower room.

If I do this, I will have to have my intake for the room be via my veg room and a 6" hyper fan. Also my ac would need to go in the veg room or flower room. I have a tent I can put up for my veg plants so the ac isn't directly on their room. Or the ac can add humidity to the flower room as it will be low prob.

Or I could have my outside air intake to my hoods set up on a tee. So I can have one outside air intake functioning for cooling both my lights and the flower room itself. One fan for the lights and another fan on the other side of the tee for the flower room intake. I worry that would be too much cool air for the flower room itself tho and my temps may drop too low. and I have to regulate the environment manually as of right now...

Now I'm thinking that having my ac inside my flower room might not be bad. It will raise humidity hopefully and I will have plenty room for it inside the room. My humidity is low..

Lung room might not be very efficient for cooling purpose? Might lose cold air from the lung room into the basement before it gets to the flower room..?

If I pull cold air from outside, over my lights to cool them, then exhaust that air outside or into the basement I have to run more ducting... rather than just pull air from the flower room and vent outside..??

So I'm wondering... would it be better to run more ducting and have cooler outside air going over my lights? Or better to have my outside air intake be going into the flower room itself and have my lights intake be coming from the flower room? I would equip a 6" fan to the outside air intake with a speed controller. So the plants wouldnt get too cold possibly from too much outsode air going into the room. Then pull air from the flower room over my lights and vent that air outside??

I'm leaning towards having a 6" fan for my outside air intake into the flower room. Then having my hoods draw air from the room and exhaust that outside

If I draw air from outside and have that going through my hoods, then back outside.. it will make it to where my only option for my flower room intake is via my veg room.

I'm worried that having my flower room intake come from my veg room may raise temps too much. Not too worried about humidity it's never high humidity here always low humidity.

I only plan to have 4 plants under each light in 15 gallon pots. So I can fit an ac unit in my flower room if need be. Also it can fit in my veg room if need be.

Currently my veg room has no intake set up. Just a door to the bathroom which will be open most of the time. I will only have 6-8 plants in veg and I don't veg my plants long at all so I'm guessing this will be OK. I could have another outside air intake going into my veg room but I'm worried it would get too cold. I only run two t5s 4 bulb. Maybe a 4" booster fan intake to my veg room??

Perhaps it would be better to just have my intake to my flower room be from my veg room. The extra cool air from outside going over my flower room lights will probably make up for the extra heat from the veg room going into the flower room. If not, I always have my ac I can put into my veg room or my flower room to drop temps more if temps rise to be a problem.

Looking for opinions, thank you

Ok, at this point here is what I am thinking...

Having the intake to my flower come from my veg room is silly.

Soooo, I will use the window and have and exhaust for my veg room out the window. It will passively draw from the bathroom door which will always be open.

I decided I do not want outside air going into my veg room temps will drop too low even tho I run my 2 t5s 24/7.

I will also exhaust my lights out the same window, via a separate hole. I will have a wicker blind setup with foam board over the wicker blinds holes in the foam board...

This way I will also draw my intake air from the basement, into the flower room, via the vent in the floor.

I can also bring in outside air via the vent in the floor if need be. Rather than simply bringing in air from the basement into the flower room. This way my lights will be cooled by the room air and pushed out the window.

I could choose to have two outside air intakes via the window. This way cold outside air will be cooling my lights from one window intake. I would then push the air through the vent in the floor and then into the basement or back outside via the dryer vent in the basement.

The other window intake will be my flower room intake. I'll hook it up to a 6" hyper fan on a speed controller.

Do you guys think my room will get too cold having outside air coming into my flower room for my intake?

I'm not running any co2. Only two 1000w lights.
