Pictures show top and bottom of plants today as well as pics from immediately after res change.
Going into week 4 in DWC with GH nutrients, two autoflower plants in a 13 gal res. Things were seemingly going well up to the res change yesterday. Now it looks like root rot is setting in -- the third time in a row attempting to grow DWC.
Tap water EC 0.4, final EC 1.3. Res temp 71* F. pH 5.9. Running Hydroguard 20ml for beneficial bacteria (it might be overdosed by a few mL, if that matters...).
I cleaned the res with StarSan (dodecylbenzesulfonic acid 15%, phosphoric acid 50%, inert 35%) and followed the instructions not to rinse -- just air dry. There were more bubbles than usual when air came back on, but I doubt that's the issue bc that's just pH down... Right?
