@ Alex, whenever you want.....

@N.Kron, soil beds are about 12-14 inches deep. And i think i will have to try a little trick somebody told me to stop stretching.....see if it works.

i hope they wont grow any bigger after i used that stuff, they kinda stretch cause i cant adjust the lights.

I'm a big fan of supercropping, which should also take care of the stretch problem, not sure if it's practicable with your amount of plants.

it is , (it are just 32 plants) i was thinking about doing that, but wanna try something else.
