Hey Saelin, welcome! Please keep us informed on your grow, that's what this thread is all about; what's working and what doesn't in N.E.

ramero420, never gone thru the boutique before, just Seedbay and Seeds Direct and have never been dissapointed. I vouch for 'em. What kind of profile?
The Nigerian Nightmare will be old, as Reef has discontinued them. I bought mine on SB last yr, 4-5 germ rate.
Do you have CB3? Awesome pics of her, as well as the Nigerian IBL mom.
I was gifted 7 Nigerian IBL's, 5 popped. When I started putting them outside days, bringing them in nights, they were still getting the same length of light time, but two of them went male! Other 3 are fine, still vegging, and in the cold frame full time. Keeping the males for now, one has purple sacs!
I'd take clones earlier in june, so as not to stress the plants. That's my plan.

Man it's killing me that I am gonna be the last one here to get things started but i really dont have much of a choice, given my current circumstances. Figure i will start to germ. in about a week or so... why cant time just move faster?!

As far as the profile they wanted on seedboutique i dont know what kind, it just said create new and that was enough to spook me away. I dont have CB3, just #2. I have flipped through the first and third ones at bookstores but never got around to dropping $50 to get both of them.

Don't worry, I'm forced to start late also. I can't start any in my house so I have to wait until the weather improves. And let me tell ya, it's hard when so many people on here have their plants out already. But alas, I JUST CAN'T LOOK AWAY! It's like candy for my eyes.

I didn't start my "Rocketwrecks" til june last yr. and if you go back on this thread, you'll see they turned out fine. :D
I regret putting my seedlings out in the cold frame so early. Crazy variables in temps! It's def stunted growth abit for me. Talking of it being in the 30's fri nite, then into the 80's on Monday!

I don't have CB1, heard it wasn't that good, but CB3 rocks! I bought several strains that are in there, after researching them a bit more. Talk about candy for the eyes! :yummy:

Made 3 trips the last 2 nights backpacking soil in. 80 lbs. a shot, that'll cover 5-6 holes. depressing for an 'ol geezer like me. The full moon's been nice tho.

Here's that purple sac nigerian I mentioned, pretty cool I think!

Night's still real cool, but the day's are a warmin'! :D

Good to have you drop in, brother~buzz!

Let us know how things go w/ yer grow. Have a pack of Early Queen myself, saved for another yr. Budluver is growing the EQ too.

Upcanned the bigger seedlings today. Loving the warm days, finally, but I had to bring them in 2 nites this wk. The general cold has really stunted growth, but hopefully they'll take off now.
I killed off one of the Nigerian males, but kept the one above, snipping off the sacs/topping him, and now he's under the floros. Hope to get him back to vegging.

Today's transplants: btm 3 from left- Power Malawi's
5 above - Congo's
3 to the rgt of those- Nigerian IBL's
1 Lesotho X Uzbekisten sneakin' in top rgt.

Lovin the african theme highlighter, cant wait to see them a few months from now.

I started to germ some seeds today. hopin to have them popped and in peat pellets by monday. i went to walmart and found 26 watt CFL's in packs of 3 for $7.58, now correct me if im wrong but i thought that was a damn good price and i grabbed a package to put the seedlings under until i feel they are ready for the great outdoors.

this years grow has officially started for me! right now i have 5 early durban sprouts, 5 biddy early sprouts, 2 seeds from a bag i purchased for my smoking pleasure on 4/20 (i'm told it was silver haze... im not positive that it was true but it was definatly some excellent herb). I also have 8 random bagseed sprouts. all sprouts are curently in peat pellets and under 3 26 watt cfl's. almost all of them have a taproot comin out the bottom of the peat pellet though so later on today i plan to put them into pots with soil. i'm going to try to get a camera to post pics but you've all seen sprouts so it's not really anything impressive.

heres 2 quick little pictures i snapped of the seedlings today. i plan to put them into pots with soil tonight leaving only the leaves above ground. they will remain inside under the cfl's for a little while longer. cant wait til they start growing full leaves and beefing up.

Hey everyone! I thought id add my plants to the list of varieties growing out in the new england woods. I have been vegging mine under a 400mh for three weeks and then under a 100w flourecent for a week (long story). Anyway the flourecent stretched them a bit so i was able to take some nice clones. Heres the ones that went out today...

Rez Strawberry kush fem (3)
Rez ECSD kush (1)
Hillbilly funk (1) my cross

Ive got more going out in the next week or two as they recover a bit from the pruning. I put a fence around them to keep the deer and rabbits away until they get a little bigger. Hope it works

Nice to see some life in this thread! Hope you all will be posting thru the season. scorpioking13 and NEToker, nice selection, hope to hear how they do! Are they outside yet?
Hey Brad Lee, welcome back!
OutdoorGrower, pretty general request, all that stuff can happen. Two yrs ago locally we had a chopper looking. Found 3 plots worth 96 plants, but not mine! :D
It was 5-6 yrs prior since the last chopper grid search here.
