Thought I would share pics here of this strain

It doesn't have a name, but has been grown in Rhode Island outside for 29 seasons now.

It is a sativa or sativa-dominate hybrid

I only grew one plant this year, personally, but apparently it did very well this year in RI

Still new to this whole idea of "im a legal marijuana patient from Maine" so it dont matter if i take and show a pix or 2 of my plants...Goes way against the grain of my previous training.
The strain is "Maine Red Bud"...she's been grown for a long time around these parts...Indoor/9 weeks to flower, excellent disease restistance, clone only..A#1 medicinal product.

hey why not right? a man deserves to show off his goodies, i can can't even count how many times i've known guys to show off their kills, cars, and other toys, why not his medicine? :joint:

I've heard a thing or two from some guys i've met since i've been here about red bud, the damn near praised it, sadly it hasn't been in their circle for some time. I'd like to become medical so i'd have access to such goodies but i dont see that being in the cards anytime soon.

anyways :tiphat: to ya on the shots

Thanks for the replies, guys! It still has a good bit of variation to be so deeply inbred. Depending on pheno and where it is grown it seems, the smell can range from orange, to concord grape, to walnuts and even onion. It looks like an almost pure sativa through the summer, but the leaves get fatter as it begins to flower, until it almost looks like a tall pakistani indica. They get skinnier again as it progresses through flower. It finishes from mid-late september, and finishes markedly later if grown at lower latitude.

It is extremely resistant to humidity/mold/rot

I don't know much about the genes that went into making it, but it has been around since before there were many indicas being grown in the us, especially on the east coast.

Just busted the top off my fucking MK Ultra! she was damn near perfect in structure with tight nodes and beautiful coloration and I had to be over aggressive with my LST work!
Didn't even really need to be worked on more but I thought hey I have an opening in the canopy so I will bend her and aim her towards fill the gap!
grrrrrrrrrrrrr, so pissed at myself!
I trimmed up the break and stuck her in a pot but I have no cloning gel and she was 10 days in to 12/12 so I am not optimistic.
But on the plus side my White Widow and LA Woman are taking off in my veg box.
Poor Ultra she was just trying to reach for the light...
OK /rant
