New BOG Strain coming? Cali-O-Gum?

BOG..cali-o x bogglegum sounds like a winner to me i'll spend 55 bucks for those beans ....i have a cali-o x white widow / bogglegum in the works right now the cali-o smell and taste are not as strong as pure cali-o but with ww in the mix she has one hell of a high and looks that make you drool and now i let my BG have his way with her i can only see good things to come ...but i know yours will be topshelf with out a doubt!

hey bog... just out of curiosity.. why only make a few tester beans?
the genetic recombination hobby is a numbers game.. I would have soaked that whole thing down with pollen, and for the initial parent selection from the F1 group, there would be about 300 to 500 plants grown for those purposes.
EDT: maybe a group of 5 fems that display the traits you want the best, and test the top 3 males over each? test all offspring next to each other.. best genepool wins, or you could pick the 2 best combinations and breed them in themselves for a while, then recross the ultimate result from each.. that would take awhile and some space for sure.. but still.. ah fuck Im dreamin.. zonin on your bogbubble at the moment.

Sounds like a great cross to me, just as long as you have the time to stabilize and all I'd be interested in it if all turns out as planned, no doubt! I'm interested already...

I made enough seeds but I don't have room for selection from huge numbers and its a waste of time in my book as a few main phenos are always found to select from.

this is a old thread but i ran on to it and it got me to thinking .i have 10 seeds left from my serious seeds bubblegum and some cali-o from nervana circa 2001 sativa cali-o. the best cali-o nirvana put out ask wallyduck as he loves it too more then today's cali-o put out by nirvana . today's is crossed to a more indaca side.
now i am going to try to do what bog was trying to do but i will cross serious seeds bubblegum crossed to my cali-o. both plants lean on the sativa side so it should have some nice orange gum phenos to be had. bog was one of my mentors on overgrow before they got shut down. and i will do this in honor of bog. and if i can figure out how to send these in i will send them in as freebies to the bay. any input is greatly appreciated.

Hey Dan, this really is an old thread. :smile: Couldn't resist Cali-O in the title.

I made some seeds using a male Bubblicious with a female California Orange Bud.

Should be interesting as both of them are very tasty and powerful strains.

I am thinking of sending some in for freebies.

I think many will find my newest project interesting.

Many know of the legendary Cali-O clone that has been passed all around for about 30 years now. This clone was sent to me by my good friend, "BigLove". He tells me that she flowers in 45-50 days and she looks done to me at 48 in this pic. I have placed her in the dark for another 72 hours as of now and I made a few seeds.

I used Bogglegum pollen on a couple branches. Of course these few seeds will need to be grown and stabilized so don't look to see BOG Cali-O-Gum until sometime next year if it works out. Have a peek...

I've been waiting damn forever to find some good cali-o. Everyone's sucks. We need the real deal. Even a good BX2 then some inbreeding to stabilize. SOMETHING. Sorry for the caps I'm not trying to be rude...just express my sentiment here. I'd buy you out.
Another thing. I've heard the real Cali-o has hermie problems, true? I think that came from Cannacopia but don't quote me on that. Is this the AE77 or something else? I'd rather have the strait Cali-o. Think of it from a business perspective BOG. NOBODY is selling the real thing. You'd stand to make a killing and make a lot of people nut in their pants.
