never been so frustrated with a camera

I need some advice!

I asked Santa last year for a new camera as the last one went swimming with the Steelhead I was trying to bring in. So I received a samsung 10.2 SL30

I am ready to smash this thing! The old camera was a 2.1 HP and I could take Macro shots with it. This piece of shit just drives me nuts. I cannot get any close up shots at all. Now I have asked Santa again to bring me a camera that I can use!

What camera that is not real $$$ can Santa get for me? I want to be able to shoot the date on a penny and make it look like a poster.

Any help is greatly appreciated

try finding a photo forum that might help ya! you could also try asking Doobieduck about it,seems he takes alot of detailed pics.sorry couldnt help ya directly

But I am getting a new cam aswell.......SONY alpha33.....this has many of the real nice cams beat by some inches.....!!!!!! imo
If I should give add. advice I think you should look into DoobiDuck....he's pro photografer and I find his pics to be out of this world....!!!
