Hello everybody,
I grow right now a few Nepal Jam´s indoor. I have used 10 seeds, 8 of them has germinated. Because it´s a stabilized hybrid and you guys from ACE Seeds recommended it, I will produce some new seeds for personal use by crossing a NJ male with some selected NJ females. The problem is now, that only one of the plants is a male, the seven others are female...so for growing proposes it´s a good result, but not for breeding.
The next problem is, that the only male also shows some female flowers at the top of the branches. So it´s more hermaphrodite than the pure male. Because I have no other male, I have used now the pollen from the hermaphrodite.
What do you think about that?
How high is the risk, that the future plants from the new seeds I breed right now, will be also show some hermaphrodite behaviours?
How is your female/male rate using NJ from ACE Seeds?

Tried my best with this Nepal Jam I got from Ace Fem Mix pack (2021). First time growing and would love to run it back. She smells lovely. Some beginner’s errors, but it’s all about gaining experience. Advice for next grow?
Oaxacan - why is it a popular strain ? Taste, effects - sure isn't because of the flower long times ThanksHey dubi!
I am growing from regular seeds at 52°. Unfortunately I‘m a bit late, because legalisation came quite late and then I needed some time to make up my mind which strain to grow.
Already my mind is spinning around what to grow next year. The Purple Satellite is a favourite, also I am looking very much forward towards what other Oaxacan79 varieties you will come up with.
First legal grow here too. Still can‘t quite believe it.
I have a Nepal Jam (feminized) on my balcony also. About 5 weeks old.
Please give me a up-date on the Auto's' offered by ACE
If you catch the spider mites early there are not webs yet, just spots on the leaves where they have been feeding. By the time you see webbing they are well established and you have an infestation. But I think you would need more magnification to make a positive id here. Thanks, dubi.
I checked the plants with a magnifier and I found one mite underneath one leaf. Doesn’t seem to be a spider mite, there was no web. I removed it, we‘ll see if it was the only one takin a bite.
Tried to take a photo, didn’t work so well.
