so far here is my story to the assesser. me and the girlfriend of 7 years had an argument i thought she was gonna give me the boot so i went to a buddy and wanted to drown my sorrow i knew if i would drink alcohol i would get more pissed about loosing my girl and are kids. so i figured iwould rather just smoke all weekend and be happy and forget my sorrows. so what do you all think about this bullshit story think it will work??????

best of luck, i have randoms too, but i leave a container or two of synthetic piss in my lockbox at work with a stockpile of hothands hand warmers..ive had to use them a few times the last couple years and always passed, ive NEVER read anywhere at all that synthetic piss is detectable.. and i read ALOT about drug testing..
i mean, its the same chemical makeup as they use to calibrate their testing equipment..i would tell them that you smoked at a wedding reception a few weeks back or something, then when they retest you (if they retest you that is)
you can be ready with some warm synthetic piss in your crotch/pocket whatever..
anyway, heres a tshirt that might make you forget about your trouble for a second..

Yeah he can't tell when the test's are, it's quite cruel and unusual of them.
You can't fight these people here. It is perfectly legal for company's to filter your life via drug test's. Every employee has basic right's and I agree corporate testing should be abolished but! they have every legal right to dismiss you from work because you are a very very bad little pothead

I make 16 an hour right now, I know I would give my toes to have a steady income of that but I could never turn my back on the herb!
Actually I don't like my job anyway's and as soon as opportunity knocks im packing the bags baby, too much life to live yet I can't be tied down!
It's quite rediculous, you'd think with him being 33 years of age and having 11 years of work under his belt with them, that there would be some sort of understanding.
Some kind of hint, clue that you are nothing but a resourceful young man who would like to stay alongside his co-workers and friends, and continue doing the same kind of work that's earned you 11 yr's of their time.
If you were given special treatment and they overlooked ur offense and offered a rehab solution, I guess that's not so blatant, but I can't dismiss the disrespect theyve shown you.

May want to check your local/state laws. I know in some states they require a trained medical "tech" to administer such tests. Are you a part of a union? If so, definitely go to them. Unions get away with anything for the most part.

The best option for everyone on these boards that can pull it off is to become self-employed. I have been for over a decade and will never, ever work for anyone ever again. No one says you have to get rich off it, but if you do, more power to you. I make just enough to make it worth the effort, plus I can toke all day without having to worry about being tested and have more vacation time then any company would or could ever give me.
well 6 hours later and alot of bullshit coming out of my mouth the man still sticks it in me. in their eyes i dont have a drug addiction but i have a problem with relapsing. i suppose thats good considering i smoke lots daily and got one hell of a garden. my only stipulation on returning back to work is i have to pee clean. so how long do you think it would take for me to be clean im 5'5" 125lbs last time smoked tuesday i failed test on tuesday with a 410 (if only it was 10 more) that would of meant i was the winner.....right....lol. even after i get to return to work i think i still have to go through preventitive relapse meetings pretty shitty huh!!!! i guess sometimes the man can stick it to you. i suppose if they dont want me to smoke ill just have to become alcoholic and show the man how bad an addiction can actually be, but of course thats ok if i suck down 10 beers anight and go to work feeling like shit and worthless but thats ok sorry bastards

well if your in CA my buddy owns a painting company and could care less if you smoke,...as long as you put out qaulity work and show up on time....

You know I've wrestled with the trug test problem for years, because I too had to take them to keep my job, and you know what , I played the fuckin' game with them ONLY because I made good money and although I never got popped( I did come real close one time) I decided that:
1. I am an adult, I made the conscience decision to smoke weed , despite the risks of losing a really good job, and if I get caught I'm going out like a man not a mouse.
2.Despite the law , my job or anything else I believe there is nothing wrong with smoking weed and I will smoke it , It can be hard coming to this realization though especially when you get popped, but sometimes a person just has to say enough is enough take your drug testing turn it sideways and stick it where the sun don't shine.
they want you to go to rehab ,but is it worth it to bend over and grab your ankles again and give in...thats how they get us every time , if you do what they want I guarantee you'll never respeck yourself again. Man, this is a hard situation but trust me do what your heart tells you because thats where ULTIMATE truth comes from. Good luck my friend , and never let em see ya sweat.
