For the record, if you'll note my original post, I simply said that a fair amount of my customers are elderly, most are not however. I'd say maybe a quarter overall are older retired folks.

It depends on how long you want your guests to take to eat. playing faster paced music will have them finishing there food faster and on there way, but slower music might give it a more relaxing enviroment for elderly folks and such.. really depends on what type of atmosphere your trying to set. if it doesnt matter play a faster tune and get people out of there faster which makes more tables available, unless your not that busy.... lots of things to factor in.
