need some help reveggin a plant

Here the Perfect.. ReVeg..

Here the Perfect.. ReVeg..

CBF- I know all these way you guys say is good... But let me tell you the REAL Deal.. I have done this 10 times over the years... And it always work... TAKE A LOWER BUD AS A CLONE.. If it is truely a lower bud the stem should not be super hard... Cut the top off by a 1/2 our less.. And place in a AREO CLONER... She will take a little longer to put out roots so keep changing the water to keep the slim away...about 10 to 14 days till roots... And once it roots place in 24 hour light and in 2 weeks you will have a 12in bush. with lots of clones.. The whole plant Re-Veg thing .. Just takes to long... Holla...

OH DO NOT SPRAY THE BUDS WITH ANY WATER ONCE CUT.. It will make MOld..

Let's make it a three-way race then

Fuzzy,

If this grower is having a hard time with a regrow, it is even harder to clone a finished plant.

I think I will also cut a budded clone from the Indica and we can race the Schnozberry seed, Indica budded clone and the Indica Regrow and I guess we'll all just see what transpires.

Probably have to take a break at thirty days, CAUSE I'LL BE AT THE CUP!!!!!

Re-Vegging

Re-Vegging

I'm a big believer in re-vegging. Think about it.... :chin: .....you already have an existing root mass, plus the main stem and branches of your plant. When enough smaller popcron buds are left behind after harvest, it usually takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks for a plant to start sprouting new growth. But when they do, they usually explode in new growth, with more node's, and more bud's that are more dense and potent than your previous harvest. Overall taste is usally improved as well.

Some strain's seem to be more adaptable to re-vegging than other's. I have a pheno of Bogglegum that usually starts to re-veg in less than 7 days after I filp my lights back to 24/0. Here'a a pic of one of my more successful attempt @ re-vegging....... :joint:

Re-Vegging

Re-Vegging

After I harvest, I will flip my lights back to 24/0 for 2-3 weeks. After that, I will slowly decrease to 20/4, then to 18/6. Remember, the longer you re-veg, the more growth and yield you will end up with in the end. With a stout & healthy pheno, 5-6 weeks should suffice. Dont worry about the freakish looking growth that might appear at first, it will eventually go away and look normal resulting in short inter-nodal spacing. This adjustment back to vegetative growth can really shock certain strain's, so remember, patience is a virtue ......

I grow using an aero-hydro system, but all of this would still apply when growing in dirt. At this point, I know that my roots and resevoir are completly flushed clean. I will then raise my ppm's to around 400. I use a blend of different Advanced Nutrients product's to mix my nute cocktail's.... :friends: ...... at this stage of re-vegging, consisting of: Grandma Enggy's Fish Stew (100% cold brewed fish emulsion), B-52, Piranha & Tarantula (mixed together with water and fed by pouring onto the lava rocks above my roots), Sensizyme, Grandma Enggy's Humic & Fulvic Acid, some cheap generic type 2 part hydro nute's for vegging, and a small chaser of Blackstrap Molasses.

With some patience, and a little dumb luck, the flavor, potency & yield off your harvest should noticably increase..... :joint:

Revegging difficult? Must be a strain thing. I am only an amateur at growing, and I have just recently gotten good at cloning; but I have not had a problem with revegging.

The biggest thing, IMHO, is to make sure you leave some budsites on the plant! This is where the new growth is going to come from. Ruthlessly pruning all the little "sucker" buds from low on your plant is going to leave you with fewer budsites to work with. If you think you might reveg later, let some of those little guys stay during flower.

As for the plant drying out, are you sure you're not overwatering? Once you harvest, you have a whole lot less plant sucking up water. Even with the roots intact, it's just not going to need much water right away.

I have a skunk #1 that I cut two weeks ago that is just beginning to show some new growth, and a blue moonshine mom that I cut about a zillion clones from that is 5 weeks into her second and final flowering. If I get motivated about it, I will post some pics tonight.

Here are a few pics

Here are a few pics

Taken this evening. The first two are Nirvana Skunk#1 harvested maybe fifteen days ago. She is just beginning to put out some new growth. I will take beaucoup cuttings from her, then probably reflower her.

Pictures 3 and 4 are Dutch Passion Blue Moonshine. She was originally cut in mid February. I have taken a few dozen clones from this lovely lady. She currently shares the flower cab with four of her daughter/sisters.
