When was the last time we had a federal seizure in Denver that was covered by medical paperwork?

I don't think Jane Medicals counts though :smoke:

On the OO side, Denver is full of landlords who expect to be paid too much for little to no reason without having to put time or effort into the property, when looking at properties, study the landlord / manager and pick yourself one who leans towards lazy and casual, they love renting to growers and they don't even know it, we're the kind of tenants who fix everything ourselves and pay on time in cash.

Yep. If it's a house, take good care of the yard, schmooze the neighbors, be the kind of tenant where when you're ready to leave, they offer to cut the rent if you'll stay.

If you don't want to deal with the yard, get a place with an automatic sprinkler system, hire a lawn service, or just rent a townhome.

My boyz in Crestone tell me that houses for rent in the $700-$800 range,,, the land lords ask straight up,,, are You going to be growing? if Yes,, then its a Grand/Mo. but its all good if Your honest, and can live with being TAXED!!!
Still better that they know. then No worries.
I cant speak to elsewhere in Co.
Good luck in your search for a cool spot.

Peace;1TT

6 per person over 21 - in separate, locked gardens/spaces.

Six per person, but only 3 flowering. The locked, enclosed space rule is not quite fully defined (nobody knows if that applies outdoors) but it's obvious when talking about a basement, bedroom, closet or greenhouse.

I don't think that the part about separate gardens is true at all, particularly as applied to married couples.

1 oz possession limit on the street, no possession limit for cannabis that could reasonably have been grown on the premises.

Near as I can tell, a couple could adopt Gettogro's methods & be perfectly legal from a Colorado law perspective. Not that I'd advise it.

3 in flower can still mean a lot of ganja if folks aren't afraid of large electric bills. >snicker<

Thankfully there are still Red Cards as well. We don't think about counts/etc. here anymore because we have a higher count than we need. (2 cards here) Then there's 64. It's all good. Nobody is coming to check either way.

grow on.

Bring a boat and a coat! (and don't rent near a creek or in a low lying area...like Denver/the Front Range)

I hope everyone is safe. That's some serious water down there.

and wait til winter....

What does the Denver area look like with all the flooding.

Sweet, my vegetable garden is loving the rain. This rain should end the four year drought along the Denver Front Range. Its been very dry for years.

I live on a high ridge 5850 feet, 600 feet above Denver. The streets are drying at my house, and the sun is peaking out.

Boulder is flooded most all routes in and out of the city and streets within I'd guess the South Platte Rive basin has flooding. the city are flooded so people can drive around. go to Daily Camera.com for flooding status in Boulder. Low lying area and areas near creeks are flooded. Downtown Boulder was built in a flood plain. Downtown boulder is flooded, everything is closed. The run-off areas from the mountain canyons are flooded

Boulder got about 12 inches of rain, 1 inch of rain equals 10 inches of snow. Had this moisture come in the winter that would be 10 feet of snow. There are many weather pockets along the Foothills of the Rocky Mountains. so even on the eastern slope the weather patterns.

It's no big deal in Denver proper, as we're protected by Chatfield & Cherry Creek dams. There is some flooding in low lying areas of Commerce City & Aurora suburbs. That's mostly because of inadequate storm drains, not because creeks & rivers came up over their banks.

Most of the rain hit north & west of us, in the foothills west of Boulder & Lyons. There are no protective flood control dams on those creeks & rivers, so they got clobbered.

Lees than a month out now, and I have secured a warehouse. I am waiting to hear back on a place to live. Should know this week. A lot to do, but can't wait to get up there!

You've probably posted it elsewhere, but what strain is that? Looks like it's very happy & well along in the Colorado outdoors.

Delicious Seeds. Sugar Black Rose

it's the second time i've grown it outdoors here and both times it has done great. but i hope it's got some mold resistance in it's genes because this year it is going to need it

Thank you for that. It's not an answer I expected at all- the fairly narrow leaves fooled me.

How's it smoke?
