Need opinions on giving less than healthy clones a good start at transplant!

I'm going to be trying to follow jawnsroot's pure blend pro schedule as close as I can but I have some less than healthy clones in rapid rooters that I have just been giving water and recently liquid karma (1.25ml/litre) for 2 and a half weeks now. I'm about to transplant them into promix hp-cc with added castings and perlite. All rooted pretty well but the clones look pretty bad, small with a lot of yellow and crispy leaves. Some have minimal green growth left, I believe this is because the clones were taken from underfed mothers and/or keeping the rooters too wet initially. When I transplant into 6" pots should I start the nute schedule immediately at transplant? or just start them with liquid karma and aquashield to ease them in due to their condition? I really want to give them a proper start. Any help is much appreciated!

i remembered reading something earlier today about yellowing of clones.. so looked it up for you

very little light is needed, maybe a 26w cfl a foot away, when leaves turn yellow, it's too much light. I do 24/0. 12/12 will probably put them into flower, if you need to sex them.

I don't think it would be light bleaching from too much light. i've only had them under 2 2' t5's about 5" away from tops. I have experienced light bleaching if i keep my mothers too close to my 6 bulb t5s though. Instead of just some bottom leaves yellowing like usually i had new growth turn yellow and crispy on these clones. I though maybe I was spraying them too much and keeping the rooters too wet maybe..or maybe the heat mat was overkill and cooked them a little. Im baffled. Here are some pics of them.

Looks like you may have cooked them a little. If it was me I would transplant and wait for a few days before I fed them. Then start nutes at 1/4 strength to see how they do. I would also add some dolomite lime to my mix to keep ph in line.

I would get them in soil right away. Looks to me like they are lacking Nitrogen from the light being too strong. When clones have too much light, not enough roots and nutes they start trying to grow. They suck N out of the lower leaves to do this thus yellowing and then killing them. Clones should have very little light I only start out with a 13 watt floro.
