Need ideas on how to suck/drain to waste water out. Cramped grow room.

I'll save you the trouble of fighting physics and tell you to not bother trying.
The same suction that fills the bucket will prevent any water from exiting the drain.

Ha, guess I didnt really think that one through too well.
Would have to install a valve on the drain line so that one could suck up a few gallons.. turn the vac off and open the drain line to let the bucket drain.... just something to avoid have to haul 5 gallon bucket back and forth as well as the need to snap on/off the lid constantly.
Looking out for the female caretakers I know in addition to my wimpy/lazy ass.
