Thanks a lot scrogerman. as for nutes, my other table was getting GH 3 part stuff. But no grow, just micro and bloom. On my new table I am using "cutting edge solutions" nutes. Also three part stuff, and also just using micro and bloom.
http://www.cuttingedgesolutions.org/catalog/mixing_chart.php
I have about 40gal of water in my res, and I added
.5cup Micro
1cup bloom

and have been adding .5cup h2o2 3% in daily.
This is tap water I am using BTW, and I have just started using that sauce(cant think of the name) that takes the chlorine/chloromine out of it.
Thanks again scrog, I need all the help I can get

Hey Dude,
All you need to do to get the chlorine out of tap is leave it for 24-72 hours. Just simply use a bubbler/air stone to get it out even quicker. Chlorine is a liquid but turns to a gas and dissipates out the water pretty quick if you bubble it, not to mention the benefits of adding O2 to the mix, i'm sure you know this!! I would stop using the sauce poo you mentioned- What exactly is this stuff? What is in it? Do you think it is/or could be contributing to more nitrogen/nitrification in your solution, this may be a cause and is worth looking into!
From what i'm reading 'N' seems to be the cause. Now you have lowwered the ppms do you think the problem is getting any better? or have you noticed a change yet?
I'm interested in what this problem is, 'Ram's Horning' especially as i have had it but never seemed to get to the bottom of the cause n cure. In the end it never seemed to affect yield any, but i still wish to get to the bottom of it for future concern! I do think its related to N and being too stong in solution mixes. i'll be watching Peace!

My water is treated with chloromine, so unfortunately letting it sit out doesn't work. The stuff I have been adding is water conditioner for fish tanks

I just started using this stuff a few weeks ago, thinking maybe the chloramine was the problem. Since I dropped the nutes down (around 600PPM), and started watering WAY less frequently (every 3-4 days as apposed to every day) Things are looking way better. All the leaves that were curled, stayed that way. But my buds are looking WAY fatter then they did at the same time on my last run. And also, on my last run, at around week 4 growth (new bud growth) stopped all together and hairs started turning brown. I am at the end of week 5 in this run, and I am still seeing brand new white hairs everywhere. I think my main problem was over watering, and PPM being too high. 4 days in between watering seems like a long time, but my rockwool never dries out. even at 4 days, they are still quite moist I don't get it.

Hey wowerz,
'Bloody 'Cloramines' i just read up on them, i had heard of them before. can take weeks to dissipate out of tap water, that aint practical, and no specific exit time either.
Are other people using the same route you have gone down? Is that a cheaper option your using rather than buying carbon filters/RO unit? Feel sorry for ya on that one man!, 'fuckin goverments chuckin crap in people's water.fk'wits man'.
e&b rockwool, still moist after 4 days with 1 cycle-yeah under strong lights they should be dry as fk mmmm wierd. the curling looks more nute/tds related to me dude but just an opinion, did look like the start of horning/clawing' to me! Ok your doing good now thats great news buddy'-nice!stick with it and read the plants, they will tell you if they aint happy or getting enough water.

Hey Wow/Scroger,

I went through the "Rams Horn" in my first ever grow during veg but not during flower. I thought it might be phosphorus or nitrogen but never did find out one way or the other. There are so many different deficiencies which cause similar symptoms that it can be next to impossible to nail the exact problem down. One thing I do know is that when I switched from FoxFarm GrowBig to FloraNova grow the problems I experienced (rams-horning and what looked like a cal-mag deficiency) disappeared almost immediately (new growth looked great within a few days after switching to FNG). My leaves did remain deep green in color (maybe it's the strain?). Harvest is only a few weeks away at this point. The pheno variations are so extreme within this strain (bagseed, yet after growing it out it looks and smells awesome) that one pheno looks predominantly Indica and another looks predominantly Sativa. Really amazing variations.
